We stay exclusive at Hilton hotels and both my husband and I are diamond members. This is a remarkably terrible Embassy Suites. This was the first and only time I have ever been treated rudely by any staff member at a Hilton Hotel. The evening front desk staff was somewhat absent (they hide in the back office and don’t even come out when the front door opens). They were completely apathetic when about the pool being closed to a family traveling with kids (yeah, it’s closed. Maybe it will open tomorrow- no “I’m sorry”, no explanation, no awareness that families choose their hotel because there is a pool advertised. The best part though was in the morning when I watched the desk be unmanned for 45 minutes (despite to front door opening multiple times) with no way to contact anyone. When I needed to go back to my room I realized I didn’t have a key, so I walked over to the breakfast staff and asked if they knew how to reach anyone. The woman there was effusively apologetic and sweet, walked to the desk, knocked on the door, and an employee came out. As the front desk employee is avoiding looking at me and mumbling her questions while staring at her screen, the restaurant employee is going out of her way to apologize and tell me that if I need anything I only need to WALK BEHIND THE DESK AND KNOCK ON THE OFFICE DOOR. I’m so floored by this that I actually decide to say something. I said to the girl at the front desk (I would call her a woman but she was acting oddly like a moody teenager) “Isn’t it odd that the only person who cares that this desk was unmanned with no way to reach anyone for 45 minutes is her and you won’t even make eye contact with me?” She said loudly while still not LOOKING at me “uh I was I the bathroom”. I said “for 45 minutes and then walked out at one knock?” “Yeah, I was IN THE BATHROOM”. Bull. Apparently the office at the Embassy Suites Newark, Wilmington is actually a very nice bathroom worthy of all the employees staying in it to such a degree that the kitchen staff have to apologize for them.

La posizione era grande per uscire direttamente dall'autostrada e essere lì. Anche vicino alla strada non potevamo sentire il traffico in camera. Il personale del desk front was very friendly in check-in. The king room was very spacious and clean. La curtina non copre nemmeno tutta la doccia, ma ha portato a che il piano del bagno fosse coperto in acqua dopo una doccia. La selezione del colazione era buona e c'erano vari oggetti da scegliere. In generale, si consiglia questo hotel e ci prenoteremo di nuovo qui.

Era qui in un viaggio d'affari. La posizione era conveniente e vicino al mio cliente che dovevo essere. C'è dove i miei commenti positivi finiranno per la revisione. Questa è una vecchia proprietà stanca mal bisogno di un upgrade. Tutto è vecchio e scura e poco tenuto in piedi. L'ascensore si sdraia e si sdraia tutto il cammino fino al 6° piano. A volte ho l'impressione che possa rinunciare a metà strada. La stanza era un po' decente. Lunga e spaziale. Ha 2 tavoli, uno nella zona cucina e l'altro nella zona principale. Abbondante spazio per diffondersi e lavorare. È pieno di frigorifero, forno, bagno, ecc. Ben attrezzato, anche se non ne ho bisogno. Ci è un ventilatore soffitto oltre al AC che è bello. Mi piace sempre una brisa quando dormo, e questa è una caratteristica benvenuta. La sala fitness è una catastrofe! La piscina non ha acqua in essa, che sicuramente mi colpirà il stile. 2 su 2 stazioni di fitness hanno un segno ”temporaneamente fuori ordine” su di esso per i 4 giorni che ero all'hotel. Mi chiedo quale sia la loro definizione di ”temporaneo”. Non c'è AC nella stanza di fitness (vedi immagine allegato di Thermostat morto). Nel primo giorno mi sono lamentato di questo e mi è stato detto che avrebbero visto il ”ingegnere”. 4 giorni dopo, non c'era ancora nessuna AC nella sala fitness. C'era spazzatura in tutto il piano nella sala fitness e era chiaro che non avrebbero ricevuto alcuna mantenimento.Colazione era ok. Selezione decente di frutta fresca, yogurt, succhi e alcuni oggetti caldi ogni giorno. Il desktop era praticamente vuoto ogni volta che mi avvicinò. Ho dovuto gridare per ottenere l'attenzione di qualcuno. Quando si presentano al Front Desk, hanno un'occhiata sul loro viso che comunica che io li stavo disturbando!!! In generale un hotel che è completamente inamici e poco qualifica come hotel. Se si può correre in un altro modo, fatelo.

Decided to book this hotel based on the reviews and the proximity of the area we were explorating. Overall the hotel experience was good, there's 2 misses. Siamo in camera 323 sul retro dell'hotel, che affronta l'autostrada e è molto rumoroso, soprattutto alla notte quando si sta cercando di dormire. Le auto sono probabilmente in direzione di almeno 60 miglia all'ora. Se decidete di rimanere qui, cercate di trovare una stanza sul lato opposto.L'altra signorina era che il tubo caldo non funzionava. Abbiamo fatto un sacco di passeggiate per due giorni a Longwood Gardens e ci aspettavamo di rilassarsi nel tubo caldo per qualche minuto, ma quando siamo arrivati quella sera e ci siamo chiesti sul tubo caldo ci è stato detto che non funzionava. Il nostro soggiorno includeva colazione, che consisteva di panini prematurati, muffin, bagagli di frutta di arachidi, di frutta di arachidi, di frutta di yogurt, ecc. il nostro ultimo giorno avevano scrambled uova e bacon. Se vuoi la stanza pulita, devi informare il desk front e la raffredderanno, altrimenti il personale di pulizia non entrerà. L'hotel è situato proprio a pochi passi dalla Longwood Gardens e dal Museo del Brandywine Valley, nonché da diverse altre attrazioni della zona. Wegman’s e Giant e diversi negozi anticipi appena in strada. Ci sono anche diversi ristoranti vicino. Anche molto vicino al centro di Kennett Square. Probabilmente rimarremmo qui se ritorniamo in questa zona.

Era qui in un viaggio d'affari. La posizione era conveniente e vicino al mio cliente che dovevo essere. C'è dove i miei commenti positivi finiranno per la revisione. Questa è una vecchia proprietà stanca mal bisogno di un upgrade. Tutto è vecchio e scura e poco tenuto in piedi. L'ascensore si sdraia e si sdraia tutto il cammino fino al 6° piano. A volte ho l'impressione che possa rinunciare a metà strada. La stanza era un po' decente. Lunga e spaziale. Ha 2 tavoli, uno nella zona cucina e l'altro nella zona principale. Abbondante spazio per diffondersi e lavorare. È pieno di frigorifero, forno, bagno, ecc. Ben attrezzato, anche se non ne ho bisogno. Ci è un ventilatore soffitto oltre al AC che è bello. Mi piace sempre una brisa quando dormo, e questa è una caratteristica benvenuta. La sala fitness è una catastrofe! La piscina non ha acqua in essa, che sicuramente mi colpirà il stile. 2 su 2 stazioni di fitness hanno un segno ”temporaneamente fuori ordine” su di esso per i 4 giorni che ero all'hotel. Mi chiedo quale sia la loro definizione di ”temporaneo”. Non c'è AC nella stanza di fitness (vedi immagine allegato di Thermostat morto). Nel primo giorno mi sono lamentato di questo e mi è stato detto che avrebbero visto il ”ingegnere”. 4 giorni dopo, non c'era ancora nessuna AC nella sala fitness. C'era spazzatura in tutto il piano nella sala fitness e era chiaro che non avrebbero ricevuto alcuna mantenimento.Colazione era ok. Selezione decente di frutta fresca, yogurt, succhi e alcuni oggetti caldi ogni giorno. Il desktop era praticamente vuoto ogni volta che mi avvicinò. Ho dovuto gridare per ottenere l'attenzione di qualcuno. Quando si presentano al Front Desk, hanno un'occhiata sul loro viso che comunica che io li stavo disturbando!!! In generale un hotel che è completamente inamici e poco qualifica come hotel. Se si può correre in un altro modo, fatelo.
