The problems started at the beginning, with our reservation. I made a reservation with booking in March for this vacation, and had to change it for three days because of my job. I talked to the hotel manager twice and he told me to cancel my booking and reserve with the hotel directly thru e-mail, that it is cheaper this way. I canceled my reservation, and then got an e-mail with an offer that was TWICE THE PRICE that I booked before. What kind of service is this? After that I went to the hotel for a 6 days vacation (like I have been doing for the past few years). But this year everything changed. The hotel always emphasizes that the sunbeds and parasols are for free and included in the price. It is written everywhere. This year they asked us to pay for it 10 Euro per item/per person. And they do not charge it to everyone, because I asked some people who left before us, and they said they were not asked to pay for sunbeds. The rooms were not cleaned, and we did not get any shampoo, shower gel nor toilet paper. Some days even the trash was not taken out. The waiters were quite rude and had an attitude all the time. Also I noticed they don't speak English, so for foreign guests it is hard to communicate. I don't know how the quality of service changed so much since last year. Please don't go to this hotel, just pick any other.
