Our recent experience at Centro Park Hotel in Ostfildern has left us utterly disappointed, prompting us to share our ordeal on TripAdvisor as a warning to potential guests. We had booked a three-night stay from September 5 to 8, and right from the start, issues arose. The automated check-in machine, intended to replace human reception, was out of order. Our late arrival stranded us outside, unable to check in. After a frustrating 15-minute call, we were promised assistance in 20 minutes (though we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes outside). To compound matters, one of our team members' rooms wasn't registered, and they had to settle for another guest's room. Later that night, another team member arrived around 11 pm, and the individual who eventually opened the door made her wait outside for approximately twenty minutes before allowing her in. The mismanagement persisted with no available drinks in the lobby and a lack of bottled water in the rooms—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputable chain. We stayed at Centro Park Hotel for professional reasons, and the experience as guests was absolutely inexcusable, all in the presence of our client. We want to highlight that we had to apologize to our client for the dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of Centro Hotel's staff and management, which is not only embarrassing for the hotel in Ostfildern but highly inappropriate. What we experienced in this hotel was absolutely disrespectful. Their proposed solution for reimbursement? A paltry voucher for 200 euros... Never again will we choose this establishment. Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

Good located if visit any congress in Stuttgart or if arrive late at Stuttgart Airport, just few mins walk from the airport. BUT unfortunately for me it was a disappointment. I was there two days after the auto Interior congress, and even I’m Accor gold member there was nothing prepared. I arrived late and expected to get everything ready as most Accor hotels I visited, but not the case. I asked for upgrade the room as hotel was empty (congress was finished) there was declined because according to the front desk, the supervisor reviewed and blocked the bookings, if this supervisor reviewed the bookings, why did not prepare the room (including a potential upgrade) and all related to the expected visit? I was totally disappointed.

das ”neue” leonardo ist sehr schön geworden. alles sehr modern und ebenso geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. die zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles, was man erwartet. wir hatten ein zimmer zur straße und (aufgrund der schalldichten fenster) nichts davon gehört; im sommer wird das (bei geöffnetem fenster) sicher anders sein. das bett hatte leider eine durchgehende matratze und (nur eine!) decke; manche mögen das mögen, für uns war das nichts! bad ok, internet-empfang ausreichend. frühstück vielfältig und gut. aus dem benachbarten öffentlichen parkhaus (13 € pro tag) kommt man - trockenen fusses - über den fahrstuhl zur reception. personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. uneingeschränkt emfehlenswert!

Il parcheggio privato non è ancora aperto, ma non c'è problema perché si può utilizzare il parcheggio pubblico di partenza. Per gli acquisti di magazzino, ha la migliore posizione e altre strutture.

# Buona lode # per il rapporto di prezzo, la disposizione della stanza, la luce interna, le attività vicine, il ristorante vicina, le misure di prevenzione e di trattamento dei parassiti sono soddisfatte; Sento bene, la posizione per la mostra è molto conveniente, c'è una pista leggera per la città, c'è un supermercato vicino, l'hotel è pulito, l'apparecchiatura è molto nuova, e la colazione è anche molto scelta, ed è molto consigliabile per le persone a Stuttgart di vivere in questo hotel!

The hotel location: It has direct access to main road which runs through train station and towards stuggart. So not a problem in finding it. About 1.5km from train station. For grocery shopping there is kaufland on street backside of it for which you could also access a 2min by walk pathway in front of tesla office (yes they opened one). The room: The room I opted was double bedroom without kitcehente. The room was small but still spacious for one person, with a TV, window opining for fresh air and sunlight, the bathroom is ok, the shower area much bigger than other hotels (where you would otherwise have struggled to move your hands around in other hotels). Only difference to other rooms which had option of kitcehente is that the entry area near door is bit wide in those rooms (though it's just wash sink and one microwave for the sake of kitcehente) One thing which I didn't like was that the bed was actually joined by 2 wiggle beds, made the sleep uncomfortable, would have preferred one queen/king bed. Service/Staff: Had opted for room including breakfast in the price. So was expecting that they charge total bill amount in all and don't charge separetly for breakfast in bill (treat as complimentary in that room price), but staff didn't understood and did separate charges for room and for breakfast. Was a bit inconvenience. General view: The hotel has a bar at reception, breakfast area is big and worth price to pay extra except for vegetarian as nothing apart from juice and fruit/joghurt. Good ambience, enough free space outside. Overall satisfied with my stay, except that it's little away from train station and the breakfast billing (not a deal breaker for me).

Il doccia non era correttamente drenato. Ho chiamato il “Servizio degli ospiti” sul telefono della stanza, ma nessuno ha risposto. Ho appeso e ho chiamato il servizio della stanza che hanno risposto e mi hanno detto di chiamare 99 per “Desk Front” di nuovo nessuna risposta. Dopo un bel momento di chiamare, ho deciso di scendere per le scale, e i signori erano carini e professionisti, ma si è concluso lì, perché la stanza aveva una questione di drenaggio della doccia che non potevano risolvere. Mi sono state date due opzioni per cambiare in una stanza non collegata o solo usare il doccia nella stanza collegata che avevo. Beh, cosa è il punto di pagare per due camere se devo stare in linea per usare il doccia vicino alla porta? Ho pagato per avere un collegamento perché ho un bambino che rimane nella stanza di collegamento. Comunque, La stanza si sentiva musty come l'AC non era fino al standard, ho soggiornato qui ogni volta che esci presto per gli ultimi 7 anni, ma vedo la caduta standard, così come se fosse 4 stelle.... FYI è la stanza 4140 se qualcuno si chiede quale stanza è. Almeno in questo modo si sa la necessità di chiudere il doccia ogni 10 secondi per lasciare che l'acqua scorre per prevenire un'inondazione. Ho pagato per due camere di connessione, credo avrei dovuto chiedere che avessero anche due docce di lavoro di connessione.

Hotel ottimo, nessuna lamentela o pecca. Tutto funziona perfettamente. Personale alla reception super gentile e disponibile. Stanza spaziosa e pulitissima. La signora delle pulizie italiana è molto disponibile e gentile. Parcheggio comodo e economico. Colazione davvero sopra lo standard degli altri holiday Inn express, con maggiore qualità. Il paese in cui si trova è a dir poco bellissimo, il centro è molto ma molto bello. Ci sono tantissimi ristoranti italiani in zona ed un supermercato giusto accanto l’hotel. Reception super nuova veramente. Per raggiungere Stoccarda basta fare o 1km a piedi per raggiungere la stazione oppure prendere l’autobus che ti ci porta. Dalla stazione ci sono i treni non tanto cari che ti portano fino al centro di Stoccarda. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ci riandrei subito
