Bereits beim Aperitif hat es nicht geklappt. Ein Pernod ,mit lauwarmen, prickelnden Mineralwasser, ohne Eis , geht schon gar nicht. Dann, als Vorspeisen:die Fischsuppe fast kalt und mit nicht gerösteten Weißbrot. (die Nachfrage nach Croutons blieb erfolglos, der Kellner teilte mit, das mache man immer so), dann die Hauptspeise halb warmer Stör für 45 €, mit ein wenig Beilagen. Leider alles nicht sehr geschmackvoll. Der Service bestand aus wohl unausgebildeten asiatischen Kräften.
