No air-conditioning in the room. Only one door/window in the room. Next door was smoking at the balcony, and the smoke went into our room.

Nice hotel, cosy rooms, very good breakfast, and friendly staff. EV charge points were available in the underground garage. Very close to various family friendly ski areas. Actually you can walk to the valley station. We also enjoyed the public bath “ABC” in Nesselwang.

Kurze Zusammenfassung: -Zimmer 10/10 - SPA 10/10 - Lage 10/10 - Sauberkeit 10/10 - Personal 10/10 Rundum einfach sehr gut. Wir waren schon öfters hier und es ist schön, wie sich das Hotel immer weiter entwickelt. Wir wurden auch auf die Neueröffnung im stubaital hingewiesen. Sicherlich auch ein nächstes Ziel von uns. Kommen sicher wieder

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Team war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service im Barbereich mit Andrei war echt klasse. Ebenfalls gefallen uns die Zimmer immer wieder aufs Neue besondersgut. Obwohl kein Schnee mehr lag, kommen wir gerne wieder...:-)

Perfekt für Outdoor Sportler. Fahrrad Waschstation. Fahrradboxen im Lobbybereich. Wir waren tum Mountainman vor Ort. Moderne Atmosphäre. Super Frühstück, Bar mit kleinen Mahlzeiten und Getränken für den Abend. Unkomplizierter sehr freundlicher Service klimaneutral!

+ TOP Lage + sehr gutes Frühstück + Zimmer super und sauber + sehr freundliches Personal - mangelhafte Auskünfte bei telef. Buchung rund um den Ski Betrieb - für ein Ski-in/ski-out Hotel fehlende Arrangements z.B. Skipässe oder Karten oder andere Wintersportaktivitäten

Zimmer sind gut, groß und sauber. Frühstück war auch ausreichend und umfangreich. Gutes Konzept. Kurzer Weg auch zum List, wenn man Skifahren will. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz und Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Wir finden die Lage, das Hotel-/ Konzept sowie das überwiegend (junge) Personal sehr stimmig. Auch wenn wir leider keinen Schnee hatten, hatten wir dennoch einen tollen Urlaub. Also wir kommen wieder, versprochen :o)
