Hotel in zona Plaza de España, Nerja

La posizione è centrale e a portata di passeggiata per tutte le principali attività in città e sulle spiagge cittadine. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente. L'Hotel è modernissimo, con tutti i confort del caso, compresa una business room a disposizione (PC + stampante) e una sala caffè sempre aperta (the e caffè free). Bellissime jacuzzi sul terrazzo a disposizione e, cosa importantissima, personale disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Tutto ottimo.

Gustato · Ottima esperienza di alloggio, cominciando dall'inizio con un contatto da parte dell'azienda informando ampiamente tutti i dettagli, e un contatto successivo fornendo un codice che è quello che consente l'accesso alla stanza e le strutture in un sistema davvero comodo. Devo aggiungere che oltre al tono amichevole, mi hanno aggiornato un'ulteriore aggiornamento di Booking nella stanza, quindi ho potuto godere di una grande stanza con vista sul mare, TV a 65 pollici, e un sensazionale controllo tattico delle luci e della temperatura della stanza, che ha reso il soggiorno davvero confortevole. Per sottolineare in più il vero tobogan, per cui mi sono scorretto senza dubbio, la terrazza superiore di due altezze spettacolari, e una biblioteca con diversi spazi che farà i delizi dei bibliofili. Infine, la colazione è selettiva e sana, con prodotti di qualità, e sempre rimane disponibile la macchina del caffè, succhi e acqua, così come frutta 24h. Non piaceva ·Metterebbe altri prodotti nel colazione, troppo frugale, come formaggio fresco, avocado, qualcosa di cucina e prodotti caldi: salsicce, uova, torte, gomme ... Alta voce del personale di pulizia a ore di inizio. Nota: 9/10

We booked a Superior room bed & breakfast for two weeks in January. This is what we liked … The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rosa & the cleaning ladies. The place was very clean. The room had air con which you could turn up if you wanted some heat in the evening. The water was always hot in the walk in shower. The bed was huge and comfy. There was a safe in the large wardrobe. The patio had 2 plastic chairs and a table plus 2 sun beds (no cushions). It was very quiet once the bathroom window was closed. There’s bath & hand towels, as well as pool towels, soap dispenser and hair drier. There was a fridge in the room too (Tip: keep the cupboard door open as much as possible so the fridge stays cold. Not sure why it’s kept in a cupboard?) Mercadona supermarket next door, very handy for cold drinks, snacks etc. There’s car parking at the front and back of the hotel if needed. Best of all, it’s no smoking!! Things I can’t say we didn’t like, but were downsides to staying there. The restaurant was closed for the whole of January which we didn’t know. We did find some lovely places to eat though. It’s a long way to walk to the beach and most restaurants, but there is a bus (number 1) that drops you off outside the hotel so you don’t have to walk back. Stops at 9pm. This bus only does a circular and isn’t the Alsa bus. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. We got over that by buying our own cereal and fresh milk from Mercadona and eating it in the breakfast room. The pillows were really hard so we asked for some softer ones. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Just back from a lovely relaxing weeks stay. We loved it! It is kinds of built into the hillside so all the rooms have the most amazing sea/mountain views. The rooms are good size and alot of care has been taken with the decor etc to keep the place 'authentic'. The staff are super and we really enjoyed the food. The scallops are just gorgous. Paddy loved the prawns. Having said that we tried pretty much everything on the menu and enjoyed every dish. We hired a car (as it was less than tranfer) but if you dont fancy driving you can easy manage without one. If you just want to chill out the food/service and drinks are great at the hotel. If you fancy a change there is a 24/7 diner 10 min walk down the hill (wear comfy shoes its VERY steep on the walk back up!) Taxi to Nerja is about 10 euro and you more organised than we are there is a bus on main road. It was lovely and relaxing to have drinks on the terrace taking in the views and beautiful weather. Middle of Nov and 23 degrees every day of our stay!. We enjoyed chilling and reading around the pool (not brave enough to go in it mind). This place is a little diamond and we look forward to return visit in next 5/6 months. Miguel/Carole and the team do a wonderful job and you can see they actually love what they do.

Se non ti piacciono i villaggi meglio non andare, ma se li ami e’ sicuramente organizzato benissimo. Lati negativi: la spiaggia non è dell’hotel e bisogna attraversare il lungomare per arrivarci ( pochi metri ma il fatto è che L hotel non si trova sulla spiaggia come può sembrare dalle foto), inoltre lettino e ombrellino quindi vanno pagati a parte al gestore della playa ( poco ma non è compreso) ed inoltre il mare non è nulla di che; in pratica finiscono tutti per stare come in gabbia dentro il mega villaggio che invece ha già tutto all’interno. Altro lato negativo: il cibo chiaramente essendo a buffet per migliaia di persone non ha la qualità all’altezza di un ospite italiano ma e’ molto molto vario e la carne e’ buonissima ( mio consiglio di mangiare fuori sul lungomare perché si mangia benissimo a pochissimi euro). Lati positivi: tanto personale sempre al lavoro, puliscono in continuazione, la piscina gigantesca viene pulita mattina e sera in maniera maniacale, al ristorante tanto personale che ti toglie i piatti sporchi o ti pulisce per terra; mini club molto bello con scivoli ad acqua, piscina, giochi e ombra e con mille attività organizzate ogni giorno. Animazione mai invadente ( chiaro ai tratta di un villaggio quindi dovrai subirti canzoncine a bordo piscina ogni sera ma nessuno ti coinvolge e infastidisce: personale tutto top). Cibo molto vario sia a colazione che durante altri pasti ( qualità dicevo non massima ma non sei in Italia). Spettacoli serali sempre ben organizzati, inoltre c’è tutto all’interno, il rischio è di non uscire mai ma invece uscite da un cancello che da sul lungomare e passeggiate..costa tutto poco fuori dal villaggio. Il posto torrex non merita però una reale visita ma iberostar è una garanzia di organizzazione perfetta in tutto.
