We had a fabulous stay here. The room was perfect for our needs. Had everything you'd need. The room was impeccably cleaned every single day. Fresh towels etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for another stay.

What a delightful little hotel this is. There is no parking on site, but the extremely pleasant person on reception, took our cases and directed us to a free parking zone. This was only a couple of minutes away. When we returned to the hotel, we were offered a choice of two rooms and asked if we would like to see them before choosing. The room that we chose was at the top of the property, spacious (two double beds) and light and had a little sun terrace. There was a safe, a fridge and coffee and tea making facilities, although no milk, tea or coffee etc was provided. The hotel is ideally situated and within a couple of minutes walk, you are at Balcon de Europa with it's wonderful views. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but you have a multitude of bars/restaurants of may differing cuisines on your doorstep. The one drawback is the absence of a lift, so anyone with mobility issues, should make the hotel aware of this in advance, so that they get a ground floor. For cleanliness and helpfulness I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Although we stayed one night only, I would certainly return if staying in Nerja.

Wonderful experience in Apartamentos Abril. The flat was located in Plaza España very close to the whole town and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Everything very clean and kitchen very well equipped. Montse is lovely and we will be back next year for sure.

Gorgeous apartments and only a 4 minute walk from the centre of Nerja. The apartments are clean and tidy and have everything you need. The staff are lovely and check in and out was easy. This was our second visit and will definitely return .

Third time now at the hostal. Always the best service and they are more then helpful..This time we rented an apartment. The standard was excellent . The location is perfect. And I’m definitely come back many times again

The hostal will try and charge you twice for the stay. They do not speak English as advertised and there is no parking available. The rooms are basic but OK. The facilities advertised were not available.

Now completely refurbished, this family run hostel is so much more ! We only stayed one night in a double room, bed comfy,shower superb - it does not have tea making facilities, but is wonderful value. There is a great garden with loungers,sofas, and lots of sun. So many newer similar apartments are very impersonal, and could depend on an iPad for entry - they may not be attended overnight either. The Check-in is manned during the day, by one of the family, Montse speaks very good English, and is ever so helpful. Always try to book direct for the best rates Superbly situated near the ALSA BUS stop for Nerja / caves, with good bar/ cafe in the square where you can get a great coffee, and a full breakfast for around 8 euros. Never had a less than great time here !

This hostel is in a good location just a short walk from the balcon.The rooms are very clean and in good decorative order.The owner is friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here.There is a lovely small garden area to sit in.I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Rooms are newly renovated and quite clean. Some aspects to be considered are: no elevator available, the fact that most of the rooms are quite noisy (at leas the ones located close to calle pintada), and the lack of parking options closeby
