Great little place

Staff friendly and helpful Couldn't get the WiFi to work Room very clean and comfortable

Love staying here, always clean and tidy, good location away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to all amenities.

2 free welcome drinks. But bathroom floor was wet.

Service is very good. You can drink almost everything you want in the bar with the voucher they gave to you while check in. And you can get free bottle water at the reception.

Had no bowls for breakfast. Had bugs in bed room. Didn't have the right bed sheets. Beds won't comfortably. Pull out bed didn't have linin. Fire alarm kept going off at very early hrs in the morning. Car parking was really tight. Hotel room service, food menu was really expensive.

首先就是我預訂的房型，到了直接就沒有，好像是什麼銷售商沒有及時告訴酒店預訂訊息，總之就是沒有我預訂的房間，不得不等了二十分鐘才把房間打掃好，拿着房卡一個人過去才發現並不是我預訂的户型，雖然是升級，但升級就是加了幾張床,對獨自出行的我沒有任何意義。房間在最角落，很靠近旁邊的河面，感覺很潮濕，反覆和酒店溝通也沒辦法換回預訂的房間，衹好將就。酒店前台5點就關閉，碰到什麼情況比如電視打不開衹能自己想辦法，更奇葩的是第二天早上我還在房間的時候居然有人沒敲門直接刷卡把門打開，和前台反應也是不了了之。其實酒店設計的還很不錯，也夠大，但服務真的不敢恭維。圖片就是我窗外的河，水很渾。
