Coral Seas Beach Resort

Bellissimo albergo con una bella spiaggia tranquilla e lontana dalla folla ma abbastanza vicina a piedi. Il servizio clienti potrebbe essere migliorato. L'hotel è piuttosto semplice ma ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Ottimo cuoco per ordinare la colazione per l'acquisto al ristorante - non troppo costoso. Ci tornerei. Bellissimo tramonto dalla spiaggia.

Coral Seas mi ha ingannato. Le foto online mostrano un hotel modesto con servizi. Stare sulla spiaggia era molto importante per me e le foto mostrano la bellissima spiaggia. La camera in cui ho alloggiato aveva un disperato bisogno di essere rinnovata. C'erano mobili non corrispondenti e solo uno specchio, sulla parete del bagno, nessuno specchio a figura intera. Niente cassaforte, niente grucce, niente telecomando della TV. La cosa peggiore era che c'erano macchie sulle lenzuola! Ho chiesto che venissero cambiati e mi è stato detto che non ce n'erano più. Inutile dire che non ci ho dormito sopra. Il giorno seguente è venuta la cameriera e aveva ancora le stesse lenzuola. Mi sono lamentato di nuovo e lei mi ha dato le lenzuola da cambiare perché il suo turno era finito. Totalmente inaccettabile! Questa era la camera doppia in cui ho alloggiato. Avevo amici che alloggiavano nella stessa stanza accanto, tranne le lenzuola pulite. Il personale era gentile e simpatico. Ho dato 2 stelle per la spiaggia e la zona circostante e per il personale gentile. Ho dato un'occhiata alla suite, era completamente aggiornata. Coral Seas ha bisogno di un restyling per tutte le stanze! Non prenoterei nuovamente lì.

Questa proprietà necessita di alcuni aggiornamenti. I mobili erano orribili e il bagno necessitava di lavori

Mi è piaciuta molto la vista sulla spiaggia mentre facevo colazione. Non mi importava del personale di sala. La cameriera era scortese/sgradevole, per usare un eufemismo. Incantevole atmosfera da cottage sulla spiaggia. Buon valore

When you go outside was not kept. Checkin was absolutely horrible. It 40min to check in. Unacceptable. All rating on my stay 2

First day no towels and no toilet paper, this happened twice in the first 5 days. Two days we had no water, toilet plugged and no one to fix it. Got locked out the first night, security doesn’t have access to anything not even a plunger, will never stay there again, left after 8 days

As most of the reviews state, this property is very very basic. There are no bells and whistles. It's pretty much just putting a roof over your head. If you are planning to stay here be sure to pack yourself a bath towel washcloth and a beach towel, as they very well may not be available to you. The restaurant and the bar was good. The beach was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, that along with the affordable rates will be what brings me back. This place is very outdated, so if you are looking for luxury look elsewhere. This is at best a 2.5/3 star hotel ✨. At least I know what to pack to make my stay more enjoyable next time around. Which will be my own bed/bath linen and cleaning supplies. Be sure to stop at the market to pick up water and snacks and don't forget the alcohol!! So remember if you're looking for affordable rates in a clean safe friendly environment this is your place. Oh yeah and the taxis are always at your service to take you anywhere you desire right at the front office (ask for Chuckie) he's at your service 24/7. Enjoy your stay and don't sweat the small stuff, after all you're in beautiful Jamaica!!!🇯🇲

I like the piece of quite. I didn't like how they ran out of towels for bathroom and the air conditioner was not working properly in that room of 808.

For the first 4 days there were no beach towels, Everyday they would rash on on the regular bath towers and only give one towel per 2 persons per two days. On 3 of the days I ran out of toilet paper as they would clean the room, and say they ran out of paper and waiting for delivery. For one of the days there was no water at all throughout the resort. For two days we slept without pillowcases as they said they ran out. The duvet smelled like urine. They used the same mop water for cleaning all the rooms and they use the same mop water for the toilet bowl brush. The whole resort smelled like dirty mop for days, including our room. In the room we stayed at 906, the debris/mud from roof dripping on veranda when raining. We asked them to mop the veranda, but no one did. The balcony was full of No blow dryers available to use.
