"1. C'era un grosso stereo quando hanno scoperto che eravamo del posto. 2. C'era una perdita in bagno, numerose lamentele e non è stato fatto nulla. L'acqua perdeva direttamente sul sedile del water, non sapevamo se fosse acqua grigia o pulita. 3. La fila al buffet, soprattutto per la colazione, era sempre a corto di prodotti. 4. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti per sederci al buffet della colazione. E non ci è mai stata offerta acqua. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere le posate."

"My husband and I with our two boys 11 & 15 stayed for 5 nights in November. The resort is perfect. The rooms were large enough for everyone to be very comfortable. The beach is a little slice of heaven. It’s in a wonderful location to walk the beach and explore other resorts and restaurants. The food was great. We ate breakfast there every day and dinners multiple nights. They have paddle boards for use for free. Plenty of chairs for everyone staying onsite. The highlight of the trip was the staff. Everyone working there was so friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Claudia and Nicholas that made sure we had everything we needed and assisted in setting up trips to the cliff’s and snorkeling. We cannot wait to return. If you’re looking for a smaller resort with high end customer service this is your place!"

"I would like to make a special mention to Mrs. Shannica who was very close to me, because I had fever and I was sick for almost all the stay. With his wonderful humanity, he checked me every day on how I was, on the morning when he arrived and on the evening when he was off. Shannica went beyond her professionalism, a wonderful courtesy that relieved my discomfort with her constant comfort. The structure is pretty overall but should be better placed in rooms. My roof was visiblely damaged from the inside, soaps were not provided in the spartan room, but with the essentials of the room, of course, without air conditioning but with a fan. Small and near all services, restaurants, etc. I advise you for those who do not have special needs. If I have the opportunity I will certainly come back to us, even to thank Shannica for her praiseful assistance. The rooms were scarcely cleaned, the screws were in my hands, the shower was cleaned as it was screening everywhere, and they cleaned my room only the day before the release (5 days) thanks to Sbannica's intervention. I could only use the TV last day thanks to Shannica's intervention that set me the TV, which was not happening at the time of checking - in, despite my request, it was missing water for a whole day but always thanks to Shannica was Recovered."

"Visito Negril ogni mese e resta qui. Non è super modernizzato, ma è ragionevolmente costoso, proprio sulla spiaggia, e ha 2 ristoranti (1 è aperto 24 ore) sul fronte della spiaggia, che aggiunge alla comodità. È anche il custodia quotidiana. Raccomanderò ai viaggiatori che sono costosi e vogliono comodità."

"Inizialmente l'hotel disponeva di aria condizionata e internet, ma entrambi i servizi hanno smesso di funzionare dopo l'arrivo di mio marito. Si trovava in questo hotel a causa del recente uragano che aveva interrotto la sua fornitura di energia elettrica e gli era stato detto che la corrente era ripristinata. Quando ho provato a contattare il responsabile per cambiare stanza, mi hanno riattaccato il telefono in faccia ripetutamente e l'addetto alla reception ha smesso di rispondere alle mie chiamate. Non consiglierei mai a nessuno di soggiornare in questo hotel e né io né la mia famiglia ci torneremmo mai più."

"Its a small property recently refurbished and located on the beach.Rooms are well appointed with very comfortable bed. Bathrooms have very attractive decor with good shower and adequate toiletries. A nice touch was the make up towel! Staff are pleasant and courteous from gate security, reception to restaurant waitresses. Had the vegan callaloo for breakfast and it was delicious! Oatmeal was enjoyable too. Blended fruit punch was just right- flavourful and not too sweet. Didn't have dinner so can't comment on that but restaurant service was a bit slow. Met the Owner and she was very warm and personable. Would definitely recommend and will be back."

"Mia madre e io siamo andati alle Caverne per il mio compleanno. Il personale era così incredibile e la VISIONE!! Stacy era una gioiello, Randy era il miglior barista, Fabian era il maestro del mare, la signorina Cheryl era il server più dolce, e Ronaldo era il miglior cameriere. Mi conoscevano per nome e erano così piacevoli. Il cibo era anche incredibile, soprattutto la zuppa!!! Ho avuto il meglio e mi sono sentito così triste da andare. Devi stare qui almeno una volta nella tua vita!"
