Gorgeous Seaview Loft

The location and suite worked for what we needed, the place was quiet and seemed save. We did have some very frustrating communications with the owner as the air conditioner was not working. they were fixing it when we arrived, but didn't work, sent a message to the owner to have it looked at again and she did arrange for someone to come the next day, however we had to wait for the repair person to come and we waited 5 hours. Sadly it still did not work and the owner was going to have someone come look at for the 3rd time but only if we stayed and let the repair person in as she was worried about theft. We had already given up 5 hours of our vacation and only there for a week and to be honest were unsure they could fix the air conditioner so opted to do with out but it was very hot and hard to sleep at nights. So if air conditioning is important element of your vacation I would say do not stay here. It is also noted that the ad says there is a gym but were unable to find one and were later informed by one of the other residents that there is not one on the premises... not a deal breaker for us but thought I would mention it in case it is for the reader.

Very nice place but... The property was very nice in a gated community, but there was no hot water and the water pressure was so bad it took forever to shower and to get water to wash dishes. There was no ac in the living room and kitchen so it was very hot to sit in that area, had an issue with the checking I was supposed to pick up keys from security at the gate in which he said he didn't have and i didn't have a contact number for the owner so had to go thru customer service to get in touch with the owner to get to the security to get the key that they did have, but there was no label on it or number so guess the security didn't know otherwise very clean and nice place to stay.
