The stay at saj earth resort was fine. Its a beautiful property with poor maintenance. The reception team was excellent. The check in and check out processes were swift and hassle-free, front office staff were friendly and professional. Especially Indraja. She have service skill is exceptional, really good at taking care of us and also she assisted throughout our stay. There were some negative sides, They have large pool but is not maintained well. The rooms were average and did not reflect the standards expected of a 5-star property. Rooms are having stain on floor, spider web on walls. Overall the resort main attraction were front office team and location only.

The receptionist at the entrance was the sweetest person and soft spoken, the ball boys were very supportive, although the food could have been better, the room facility and it's arrengement was very good, although they have missed the door mat near washroom
