There is no king size matrasse, only 2 separate bed, which was not comfy.

這麼好的酒店，那麼好的早餐（雖然價格不菲）但值得，但是服務的團隊人員水準相差太大了，頭天入住，給了一個房間內有斜頂的，我一頭撞上去，那個疼～～～酒店一口咬定沒有多餘房間還嘟囔：訂的房間那麼便宜！還能給個靠譜的理由嗎？
我打開行李，準備洗漱，酒精濕紙巾擦拭了一下洗漱台，頭皮發麻，壓根兒沒打掃過呀，強烈要求之下，更換了房間。我從3月9日--3月13日，12日晚深夜回到酒店，沒有打掃，沒有更換毛巾。失望之下，果斷換酒店！

The Neckarsulm hotel is located a few kilometers from the highway therefore it takes the time to find it. The hotel is located in the office neighborhood and it was quite quiet. It is too bad that there is no free parking around there.
The room and the bathroom were very clean with enough space for 2 people. My wife and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and very comfortable beddings. Unfortunately we found the breakfast for 16 Euro per person being very expensive and not attractive at all.

we arrived early evening and got the car into the underground carpark, we were given a lovely room upgrade and had a large room with a sofa. The room was great and had velux windows that you could look at the church and nearby square, the bathroom was modern and clean. We had beer in the bar and all of the staff spoke excellent English, we walked to the brew house to have dinner but the hotel looked to offer a decent selection also. Breakfast was again very comprehensive and many things were offered, hot & cold options available with fantastic breads freshly baked! thank you Nestor for a great stay!

The hotel had refused the stay. They said it was due to new regulations. They needed a PCR test which we didn't have. They then refused to give back the money I paid for the room. They said it was their terms and conditions. Terrible service! Terrible hotel. Never i will book again.

Great hotel in a good area. Hotel is clean and luxurious. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the stay.

Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel,da es für unseren Zweck eine gute Lage hat.
Leider wird immer mehr gespart.Im Bad keine Gläser,sondern Pappe Becher zum Zähne putzen und die Matratzen rutschen vom Bett.
Minibar war mal und es ist nur noch ein leerer Schrank.
Kein Schuhanzieher,Putzzeug oder knabberein

Personal freundlich, Zimmer schon um 13 Uhr verfügbar.
Heizung hat leider nicht funktioniert, auch war das Zimmer sehr dunkel. Deckenlampe wäre gut gewesen
