Hotel in zona Sunset Beach, Nasugbu

La sala è spaziosa, dispone di una piccola sala con TV e cavo. Una tavola rotonda con 2 posti. Una lunga tavola marmo e un mini-ref e, ovviamente, un bagno e un bagno. Ho chiesto un letto di dimensioni reali, ma la più grande è una regina. Le strutture o, se non posso dire, la stanza non è stata mantenuta. C'è rottura di piccolo cemento sul bagno di bagno che cade dal tetto. La copertura superiore del gabinetto è sporca. Non c'è tenore di shampoo/sappone all'interno del doccia. Il doccia ha costruito calcio acqua. Incoerenza sul doccia calda. Anche se si mette a calore, dopo un minuto, l'acqua diventa fredda, quindi si deve aspettare di nuovo l'acqua per diventare calda. Il bagno è un po' profumo. Come non era asciugato sotto il sole dopo il lavaggio. Poco connessione internet. Nessun telefono, è necessario chiamare la ricezione via telefono cellulare. Ci sono numero di attività che si può fare in hotel. Si deve pagare però, ma il prezzo non è costoso. Il personale è amichevole e ospitante. Mangiamo al loro ristorante italiano. Il salmone è supercotto e il pollo è asciutto. È necessario migliorare le loro capacità di cucina. Durante il colazione, l'hotel non è così rigorosamente attuando la distanza sociale e indossando una maschera. Dovrebbe essere, si indossa la maschera quando si ottiene cibo alla tavola di buffet e rimuoverla quando si siede e mangia sulla tavola di cena. Spero che migliorino l'attuazione del protocollo di salute. Hanno anche un bagno e una piscina interna per chi ha voluto avere un massaggio.

Siamo venuti qui per la seconda volta, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona, di fronte al Lago Taal, molto tranquilla. Fuori dall'hotel ci sono i catering Starbucks. Quando andava bene, ho dimenticato di fare le foto. altamente raccomandato.

10/10 staff lalo na kay Bryan from sales and Ruffa. 10/10 food, hindi tinipid yung buffet for the corporate banquet sulit bayad 10/10 place, lots of activities to do and the rooms are so nice. Our company was very happy partnering with unwnd 😊 so thank you for catering to our needs kahit last minute na minsan at pabago bago.

Have been traveling throughout SE Asia for the past month and a half and have stayed in a variety of hotels, but this place takes last place so far. Upon checking in, we were shown to a room with a kitchenette - Room E (not that we needed it, but that's all that was available when booked). There was a fridge, a microwave and a sink and not much else. Plenty of cabinet and counter top space, but no way to cook anything. Not sure why they were so excited about the kitchenette. It was a nice sized room, but the smell of urine and sewage from the bathroom was overwhelming. Really tried to deal with it, but when the wi-fi wasn't working, had to inform the front desk agent. She came to the room and agreed it smelled bad and immediately moved us to another room by the front entrance - Room B, which we appreciated. Wifi worked there also as we were so close to the front desk. Only issue was we had to move to a different room after 2 nights as Room B was booked. No biggie. We moved to Room H (I think) which is further down the hill and one of two rooms directly below a very nice look out pavilion. The room was much cleaner than our original room and smelled as though they used a gallon of bleach to clean the bathroom so we opened the front door and the balcony door to air it out. Front desk brought a wifi box for us, but it only worked occasionally. The water pressure was terrible in the bathroom sink and the shower and the water temperature in the shower changed from hot to cold to hot no matter what setting you had it on. Quite the showering experience. The wall between this room and the one next door was so thin, we could hear the conversations in the next room. Further, whoever decided to build two guest rooms under the lookout pavilion needs to be fired. Guests were going up there at 6am and running around with kids and created so much noise, we had to go out and ask them to be considerate of those sleeping. There was also construction noise at 10pm on a Saturday evening - drilling and hammering - appears some kind of a new structure was being built just down the hill. Perhaps construction could be done during daytime hours?? At check out, we were quite surprised to learn we were charged 50 pesos for a bucket of ice. Not too worried about the 50 pesos, but being told there was a small charge would have been appropriate at the time of ordering. The agent at check out seemed to care less about it and continued to press for final payment. The views are also not quite as advertised. While you CAN see the Lake, it would be best described as a ”partial view”. Overall, not very satisfied. Most staff seemed to try their best to make guests feel welcome and I'm sure many of the issues are a result of ownership or management decisions. Sad because this place could be a lot better. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

For the price we paid for, the quality of room and amenities was worth it. I was choosing 2 other hotels with, one was just beside their hotel and I'm glad I chose them since not only were they cheaper, I am happy with the quality of room provided, it was spacious, clean, comparable to the other expensive hotels we've tried. Just like other reviews, husband noticed that they should provide a full length mirror. This is considering I did not mention this particular feedback to him. Also, another room for improvement, is the breakfast buffet choices. I guess with the room rate, you get what you pay for.. but it can be improved. I may consider staying at this hotel again.

The place is still the same and perfect for families.. The staff gave a little suprise for my son. A welcome birthday greetings with balloons. The breakfast was good and loved by my mother in law (better than a well known hotel in manila) simple but tasty. . Still the same as before with the bonfire marshmallow activity. The only downside for the recent stay was with the farm side area near the ducks and iguana. The place was not quite clean for this visit ( not totally clean since knowing the ducks and chicken were raoaming freely.. or maybe atleast spray the pathway as my son was not able to take the smell) as compare to our last visit my son was able to feed the ducks and chicken around that area.. Two consecutive days of visit to that area is still the same smell.. Other than that all the staffs were nice and room facilities was clean and nice!

Nel bel paesaggio delle Filippine, Taal Vista ci ha offerto un soggiorno davvero memorabile, e dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati saluti con calda ospitalità e un senso di tranquillità che permeava tutta la nostra esperienza. La camera era improvvisamente pulita, esaltando un senso di conforto e di relax. L'incantevole vista del vulcano dalla finestra era semplicemente disgustosa, aggiungendo un strato di fascino aggiuntivo al nostro soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati attaccati dalla bellezza della natura proprio fuori dalla nostra porta. Le camere fornite superavano in ogni modo le nostre aspettative, le strutture erano moderne e ben mantenute, garantendo che avessimo tutto quello che ci serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. Il personale era amichevole e attento, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta o indagini che avevamo. Durante il nostro tempo a Taal Vista, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di indulgere nei piaceri culinari offerti dai ristoranti dell'hotel, ogni pasto era una pietra culinaria, mostrando i vibranti sapori della cucina filipina. L'esperienza di mangiare è stata ulteriormente migliorata dalle splendide visione del paesaggio circostante, creando un'esperienza di mangiare veramente inoltrabile. In generale, il nostro soggiorno a Taal Vista non era altro che eccezionale. Da alloggi puliti e confortevoli alle visione e ai servizi impeccabili, ogni aspetto della nostra esperienza superava le nostre aspettative. Abbiamo lasciato il sentimento di rigiovanimento e gratitudine per l'opportunità di immergersi in un ambiente così tranquillo e bellissimo. Non possiamo aspettare di tornare a Spiegare per un altro inoltro.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

Honestly the hotel as I mentioned above is excellent hotel in everything but the problem for the peoples who will select room with breakfast as me , the problem I paid money to eat breakfast as I like or there is buffet breakfast but the problem, the procedure is different. The menus only assigned some items and need to choose one and this is not fair due I am Arab and different due Muslim and not eat any food , anyway thanks for all your nice kind and nice in services and nice people do their best to satisfy the guest in the guest hotel 🙏
