The staff that checked me in were helpful but this place is a disaster. The shower head was leaking and would not stop dripping. The floor of the bathroom was soaking wet. I was worried that it would drain into the room below.
The tv remote had dead batteries and was held together with electrical tape. The room smelled bad like smoke and other odors. Noisy neighbors outside at all hours. On a positive note,
The sheets seemed clean and the bed was nicely made.

We stayed for a week and the first night my toilet flooded so I had to use the towels to clean the water and then they never came to bring fresh linens. The key card kept not working, and since office hours are only from 11-7pm I was ocked out my room for 2 hours. The room itself was lopsided.

No water in the bathroom. Dirty smell around the room. Reception hours are only from 11 am to 7 pm which is very limited.

The Rome was not clean roaches and other bugs was walking around some was even dead in the corner people was out playing music loud and the heater/ac was not working

The environment, the assistance to help on the issues of the toilet seat was loose, toilet wobbled every time used and the hd insert on tv was broken. Took 3 days to fix.

The staff other than 2 guys that work there were rude, and impatient, and clearly shouldn’t be working in the hospitality industry. They don’t answer their phone, n I cleaned the floor, n left the place spotless n still haven’t refunded me my $50 deposit. Absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at!

The one lady at the counter was amazing she was always willing to help but I do wish I would of knew it was where people lived and I would of booked elsewhere and I also had a disabled friend who needed the elevator and we were on the third level and the elevator was down I had a hard time getting towels and there was bugs

Our room was not clean. When we walked in you could feel a film on the floor like it was once covered in dirt. There were dead bugs around the room and some crawling in the shower. We tried toughing it out for the night but eneded up switching hotels when we started feeling itchy in the bed

There was significant loitering around the facility both during the day and night. There were animals even though there was a no animal policy. There were stains on the bedding. Although there was a kitchenet there were no dishes to include plastic cups for water. There were two microwaves and neither seemed to work. Probably will not stay here again.
