Welcome to H&O on Music Row! A luxury condo DIRECTLY on Historic Music Row in Nashville,Tennessee! An upper floor corner unit with a private balcony that has a fantastic view of the sunset over the row and city. A rooftop deck with an amazing view of the city skyline. 24 hr gym, conference room, lounge with a kitchen, pool table + more! - walk past recording studios on your way to coffee, shopping, restaurants & live music. Only 2 miles to Downtown Broadway bars & 0.5 mi to Belmont & Vanderbilt! Parking in the garage (free) is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional free street parking also available. The pool opens in May and Closes October 31st for the season. IDENTIFICATION: Primary guest will be required to provide government identification due to city ordinances and/or HOA Rules. Drivers license, passport etc. CREDIT CARD: Guests will be required to have credit card information on file. This is a self check in property. There is no hotel staff at the front desk. Please pay attention to emails and or messages from us on your booking channel. Check in is super simple. But you have to pay attention to our messages. And we need a phone number for your reservation. Reminders go out through text, if we see that you didn't open the check in instructions. We do not allow confetti, glitter, tape of any kind on the walls or furniture, or thumb tacks to hang things. NO PARTIES are allowed. Have fun, but please respect the neighbors. As they will respect you also. If there is a report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit, if a deposit was paid. No Fireworks allowed on the property. Minimum age of primary guest who is booking is 25. Primary guest must be present throughout the stay. ALL GUESTS MUST BE ON RESERVATION: Guests not listed as part of your reservation are not permitted on the property. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination of your stay & without refund in addition to an extra person fee per night. NO SMOKING OR VAPING: The entire property is non-smoking. This includes The balconies, roof top decks and pool area. You agree to pay a minimum of $500 in addition to any interruption of our reservations if violated. Your stay will be canceled without refund, in addition to the $500 fee. We are sorry, this is an HOA rule. No Pets please. This is the owners second home they use often and their child has a severe pet allergy. NO MARIJUANA/MARIJUANA PRODUCTS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. NO SMOKING MARIJUANA. For safety and liability purposes, we require the names of all occupants included in the reservation. Parking- There is free parking in the garage. Spaces are not assigned, so it is on a first come, first served basis. There is additional free parking in the front and rear of building and throughout the neighborhood. No more than 8 people allowed at the property at any time. All guests should be listed on the reservation or in a message to us. For guests safety there are cameras throughout the building and outside. But there are NO cameras within the condo. Important instructions on how to operate the blinds in the condo. For the master bedroom and the living room. Please don't pull on the fabric to open or close the blinds, there is a rod. By twisting the rod the vanes will twist open and close. To push all the vanes to the side/ends or pull them to the center PLEASE DO NOT PULL USING THE FABRIC. USE THE ROD TO PUSH AND PULL. THE FABRIC WILL PULL OFF OF THE TRACK AND REQUIRE A SERVICE CALL.. GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THAT SERVICE CALL. A fee may apply to any house rule violations. We aim to give guests a clear description of what to expect so the only surprises you have are good ones! IDENTIFICATION: Primary guest will be required to provide government identification due to city ordinances and/or HOA Rules. Drivers license, passport etc. CREDIT CARD: Guests will be required to have credit card information on file.
