I normally have good things to say about this hotel. In recent visits, I have had more complaints.
1. Some of the rooms are damp and have mold around the windows and ac units.
2. Some have moisture in the linens and beddings (bed feels wet…towels feel undried.
3. They have regulars here that are starting to be rude and just act like they don’t care. They will stand in front of YOUR door smoking, talking and playing music as if they don’t have a door to do that in front of.
4. Went into a room that was dirty AF and smelled wet.
5. The staff is still A 1. They are friendly and do their best to accommodate you and fix the issue you are having to the best of their ability.
6. Amanda and KT are simply the sweetest ever. I appreciate them trying to handle everything and still smiling!! None of the staff has EVER been rude.
7. THE POOL IS OUT OF SERVICE!

Un hotel meraviglioso situato a pochi minuti dal centro e Broadway. La nostra stanza ha una vista magnifica della città, che mi piaceva davvero. Apprezzo profondamente i membri del personale, Diamond, che letteralmente ci ha ”concierto”, e che era responsabile del nostro piano e, Kumani, che ci ha prestato un ombrello, Tracy, che era così gentile quando è venuto a vedere la TV che lavorava, Il check in staff il pomeriggio del 27 luglio che ha dato grande consiglio e il membro del personale che ci ha portato i servizi igienici aggiuntivi che ci avevamo richiesto. (editare) un super comodo pigiama fuori dalle 3 su ogni letto e una mattinata forte, comoda - perfetta per noi.
In primo luogo, è stato praticamente, fantasticamente a 10 minuti a piedi verso il centro via il ponte pedonale John Seigenthaler per vedere il fiume Cumberland di centro e il Stadio di Nissan. 40Days 40 Nights on the road. This was the worst place and mistreatment. As the saying goes ( Treated worse than a Red Headed step child ). Called clerk for directions, know idea how to get there. Police Officer said foĺow him. Oh what a mistake that was. On arriving I handed the clerk my Driver's License and Credit Card. She promptly informed me of a 2 & 1/2 % charge for Cr. Cd. use. Plus if you lose your Key Card $5 ea. She gave me two. Hoping to reap the rewards. Got to room 500 feet down , around, and up. Room assigned was under construction. Walked back to desk. This time I was assigned a room higher up and at end of hall. Punishment for being disabled I guess. A.C / Heater had no controls . Lid was screwed down. Blew cold air all night. 17° in the a.m. No plug to unplug it either.Black hair on toilet and bathtub. No internet , not to worry. No cell phone charger. I shivered for hours. Finally left at 4 a.m. Gave them the $10 plastic key cards back and jumped in car to warm up.

Guidando attraverso Nashville, ho trovato un nuovo hotel vicino all'Università di Van der Burg, che era molto più di quanto aspettato.I dettagli dell'hotel sono molto intimidi. La stanza ha accessori di cucina e frigorifero, microonde e lavastoviglie.Adatto per un breve soggiorno.Il letto è molto grande e il divano può essere aperto come letto. Ci vorranno dieci minuti per andare a camminare all'Università di Van Deburg per fare un furgone nel centro della città.Il parcheggio notturno richiede $30.
La colazione è anche molto buona, e i dettagli sono ovunque.Se non fosse per il viaggio, vorrei davvero vivere più giorni.

La stanza in generale era buona; comoda letto, frigo, microonde, sedia piuttosto comoda e osmana. Le cose minori sono solo confuse e preoccupanti che questo hotel una volta fantastico si sta tendendo in basso.
🚪La carta chiave sulla porta è stata bustata! Sliding nella carta è stato il FINICY DI TUTO, ci dando problemi. Una volta la carta chiave slitta tutto il cammino, mangiando la carta. È venuto a recuperare la carta. Non è stato fatto alcuna correzione, ci è stato detto di essere attenti.
🪟 Le ombre del sole dietro la finestra erano giacca AF, la sinistra era giù ma non si spostava (il cordone era stato rimosso e bloccato in cima). Tutti i tempi di destra erano in alto senza un modo per farlo giù, tranne per tirarlo. Ma quando l'ho fatto, ho capito perché l'avevano in alto e il motore elettrico si è spenta ... Non è andato tutto il cammino verso il basso e è stato sdraiato. 💧Il bacino è in retromarcia, acqua calda a destra e fredda a sinistra. 🌡️ Il termostat è stato rotto. Mentre la stanza era rimasta fredda, era molto fredda, era umida, e era abbastanza umida che i mobili avevano un senso di grazia.

UUtente ospiteMy wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the strip, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is ”on demand” they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.

Quando sono arrivato, mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare il parcheggio. Ho spiegato le mie 2 chiamate e il signore ha detto che sarebbe stato $5 per notte. UUtente ospiteLa prenotazione è stata tradotta in modo errato dall'agente di viaggio all'hotel, ci ha assegnati a una camera con 2 letti Regina dopo l'acquisto (per un onorario) una camera Standard King. La stanza stessa era relativamente pulita, ma il frigorifero non era pulito e dovevamo rimuovere i resti dell'ospite precedente. La piscina è stata chiusa anche per la stagione, che è stato un bum per certo ... anche se volevamo solo andare fuori, le uniche opzioni per sedere erano 2 seggi destinati al fumo. Capisco che sarebbe difficile impedire alle persone di utilizzare la piscina se fosse chiusa, ma un'alternativa al sedile all'aperto sarebbe stata buona.
La struttura ha un accesso conveniente al centro di Nashville e si trova vicino a alcuni dei più belli bar e ristoranti. Le camere erano dotate di frigorifero e microonde, e erano più spaziose di quelle di altre catene che ho soggiornato, e il prezzo era anche amichevole, data la mancanza di servizi.

UUtente ospiteEra in città per il lavoro. La posizione è eccellente sono letteralmente vicino a tutto cibo, shopping, ospedale e lavoro. Arrivo qui ogni pochi mesi per fare covid-19 pulire la formazione e rimango sempre qui. Questi ragazzi sono i migliori. E'di base e semplice senza problemi. Non c'è confusione, non c'è schiavitù, il personale amichevole qui aiuterà con ciò che si può nascere, sono scesi sulla terra e non vi disturberà quando vi sarà bisogno di riposo. Ho bisogno di giorno dormire bc lavoro a notte e questi ragazzi non mi hanno disturbato di firmare documenti o carte chiave aggiornate. Quando mi sono svegliato e sono pronto a andare, ho fermato al desk front e il mio lavoro di prenotazione era tutto bene per andare. Ho dovuto fare una prenotazione di giorno per giorno e erano cool con esso. Il prezzo che non puoi battere. L'hotel qui sotto la strada era 197$ a notte, con retribuzioni. Questi ragazzi erano 72$ con retribuzioni membri. E' sicuro. E' pulito. Molto semplice e facile da controllare. Raccomando questo hotel a chiunque debba essere vicino a qualcosa a Nashville. Lavoro. Gioca. Negozio. Non c'è una piscina, ma non ho visto nessuno nuotare nelle piscine dell'hotel da prima della pandemia. Non è un accordo di rompere lol Sono tutti 5 stelle da me! Grazie per non essere complicato e tutto nel mio business mentre ero pazza di allenamento e visitare mio padre mentre era a St. Thomas con Open Heart Surgery. Grazie e Dio benedica.

UUtente ospiteIl controllo in corso era standard. Il cameriere era piacevole. C'è un ascensore di lavoro al secondo e terzo piano, questo è un plus, dal momento che siamo stati al secondo piano. La stanza era davvero data, vecchio tappeto con molte pelli, vecchi apparecchi (il frigo aveva pelli e pelli), vecchio bastone e tubo con parti mancanti, ma in ordine di lavoro. La stanza aveva un forte odore di fumo, anche se la stanza doveva essere una stanza senza fumo. Non mi fermerò di nuovo senza un aggiornamento alle stanze.
