We had a nice time at Pachratn during our relaxing trip....The food especially the chicken biryani and btr chicken, was outstanding the service was excellent, nd we come late for dinner almost at their closing time sorry for that particularly (Puja)served us with great patience. She recommended the best dishes nd her attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for delicious food and a relaxing ambience We’ll definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Express Inn Nashik in one of their executive rooms, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, offering a good balance of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view from the room was quite nice, adding a relaxing touch to the stay. The service was commendable, with the staff being attentive and responsive to any requests or needs. They were friendly and made sure to check in regularly to ensure everything was satisfactory. The hotel’s facilities were also impressive, particularly the dining options. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, catering to different tastes. However, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was a bit inconsistent, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the air conditioning could have been a bit more efficient, as it took some time to cool the room adequately. Despite these small setbacks, my stay at Hotel Express Inn Nashik was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. The executive rooms, in particular, offer good value for the price, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per gli ultimi due giorni (6 e 7 notti) e verrò a controllare oggi 8 ottobre 2024. L'hotel è molto buono. Il tempo di check-out è 11:00. Solo un'osservazione insensibile dal direttore dell'ufficio di fronte ci ha fregati. Ho informato l'amministratore delegato che andrò a controllare alle 08:30 per andare a rituali vicino al Godavari. Ogni hotel dispone di un'appartamento per un ospite che si accorge di prima, per almeno 30 minuti per il raffreddamento, quando viene a prendere il bagaglio dalla ricezione. Ma qui il direttore del servizio di fronte ha detto con la vera attenzione che si può tenere il bagaglio in ricevimento e andare, e raccoglierlo più tardi, ma non si può ottenere alcuna facilità per il rinfrescamento. In verità, è il personale di qualsiasi hotel che fa l'esperienza buona o cattiva. La resistenza dell'amministratore delegato ha lasciato un cattivo gusto. Oltre a questo, la nostra esperienza in hotel è buona. Spero che questo hotel conduca un programma di formazione per questo direttore di front office, in modo che parli con gli ospiti con una certa sensibilità.

Molto buon soggiorno il buffet colazione / pranzo e cena era anche media , cosa scioccava è stato il fine ristorante asiatico che così troppo prezzi e il cibo era così male, che ho dovuto chiamare il cuoco per spiegare perché un 900 IRS Dish era così salino , Ha spiegato che usano pasta di curry in cucina cinese e tailandese, compagno, suggerisco sinceramente di evitare questo joint

Bellissimo luogo di soggiorno in mezzo alla natura ... lusso in ogni modo. Rilassando il essere pieno. Il più giovane n anziano della mia famiglia ha anche preso il massaggio di olio di seme di Grape ... molto professionale fatto n goduto. Ogni generazione, le relazioni possono godere con attività come questo. Molto consiglia il soggiorno. Molto professionale, molto buon servizio sperimentato. Era bello conoscere la storia di come il luogo è iniziato come condiviso dal fondatore nella tour del vino. Come visitato alla fine di dicembre, molti visitatori di viaggio di giorno di vino digustare, quindi molto di umore celebrativo, suoni ecc. nei caffè intorno alla zona digustatrice n del tour vino ... che è stato anche piacevole. Un feedback è limitare i visitatori a ciò che può essere sostenibile tenere in mente l'ecosistema naturale in modo che ogni visitatore possa godere di ogni modo in modo rilassato, il bellissimo luogo piuttosto che avere il senso di un posto pieno come in cittadini. Visited Nashik and stayed at the Aria from 18/10 to 20/10, 3 adults in a room with an extra bed. Booked through *********** and paid a premium amount for the rooms. Patio room had no view at all. Corridor leading to the room is poorly lit, and the corridor is stuffed from the games which had been removed from the adjoining game area to accommodate an event. Room was spacious but again the passage and wardrobe is lit poorly. For a resort property the amenities in the room and quality of linen is horrible. No shaving kit, no loofah, no shower caps, no vanity kit - nothing. No slippers or bathrobes in the wardrobe and only 2 hangers. No iron and ironing board, no laundry bags, not sure if they have a laundry in house. Inspite of the room being booked on triple occupancy - only 2 towels, 2 dental kits and 2 litres of water were placed. The room phone didn’t work so had to call the hotel board line every time from my mobile to request anything. Staff was least bothered, while leaving the hotel for site seeing mentioned about the short coming and requested to have the extra bed placed but nothing was done when I returned. Upon return the light of the room kept tripping every 5 mins and I had to go to the lobby and raise my voice to get this sorted. Post day 1 cleaning towels remained at 2 and tea cup was never replaced. We managed to have tea coffee in water glass. Thankfully water was replenished. There is a banquet space right outside the room and it was loud every evening. The AC in the room is also super noisy and there is a whooshing sound constantly in the room. Pool side is not well maintained and no pool towels or loungers are present. Breakfast spread was average, the dosas though were an absolute delight. Super delicious. If the hotel is charging so much and labelling itself as a resort it should ensure it works towards it. This was not a resort experience. Not recommended at all, much better places in Nashik.
