Club Mahindra Hatgad

Studios are not at all to the mark compare to club mahindra standards. No kitchenette as promised while giving membership.lift was not working, very dark rooms. Staff of actiity center like mr Dheeraj joshi and Deepak sing at center was very cooperative and excellent. General experiance is good. But the property is not wel maintained swiming ppol is i think smallest size possible.there is ample chance of improvement. Management should be more flexible.

During our recent stay at the property, we had a booking through RCI and CM membership. We found the holiday experience to be extremely comfortable and relaxing. The entire team at CM Hatgad was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We would particularly like to acknowledge the Front Office Manager, Mr. Bharat, for assisting us in obtaining a 2-bedroom unit instead of 2 studios. The team, under his leadership, was outstandingly courteous and hospitable. The Happy Hub Manager, Mr. Sanjay Joshi, organized evening activities that were excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. The Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Ajay Parmar, and his team did an exceptional job in maintaining the property impeccably, especially considering the challenges posed by the rainy season. We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the staff, including Lisa, Maipal, Saurav, Jagdish,Lalit, sunil and Tang, who were extremely helpful and supportive. We express our thanks to the Hatgad team for their excellent hospitality, and we look forward to visiting again.

Food is very good. Need more fish items. Indrajit helped us a lot and prepared some very tasty soft drinks. Today the staff were very helpful and guided us for new items for dinner. The place of the resort is very good and the weather is so pleasant.

This is my second visit to Club Mahindra Hathgad on 11th March 25 for 3 nights. Huge property with greenery all around, food delicious and staff friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Pooja, Senjano, Pranjwal, Mohan for excellent service and care . Had a wonderful time staying in nature .rooms huge open to garden

The stay was amazing, room service and rooms were top notch. We stayed in room no. 505, However, my highlight of my two day stay was definitely the spa session. Priyanka did an amazing job with the deep tissue massage, which helped me relax even better.

At Hathgad CM our experience is excellent, specifically Happy Hub especially Mr Sanjay joshi and his team at happy hub, Dipak response was good garden view good. Restaurants service was good room sevice housekeeping good location of resort is excellent
