Hotel in zona Watpaknam Nihon Betsuin, Narita

The bedroom is like a little coffin and so is the bathroom. Very dated but it’s an airport hotel so not expecting much. The bed and pillows were comfy and the aircon worked well but I would bring ear plugs. The sound from other rooms is not bad but if you’re a light sleeper, you may hear it. Cleanliness wasn great - there was rubbish bits (old plastic from bottle caps) on the floor and hair in different spots in the bathroom. The restaurant at level 17 had a surprisingly nice beef hotpot (though pricey at 6500Yen), but the sake was nice. Staff at the restaurant were 10/10. The shuttle bus to the airport runs once or twice an hour but if you miss it (like me), an Uber can cost 2000Yen between the airport and hotel. It did feel like there was an earthquake at 3am as the bed started rocking - initially I thought it was a train but I’m pretty sure it was a mini quake. Overall, it’s nice enough for a 12 hour layover. I chose not to take the shuttle to the mall as was a little tired but there is that option if you prefer it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the price—2200 yen for guests, with walk-ins costing 2700 yen. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, its convenient location next to Nippon Car Rental made it easy for us to explore the area. Highly recommended! 🌟

Questo è uno degli hotel che verrà inviato per la quarantena obbligatoria COVID19. Dovremmo rimanere qui per tre notti. La nostra stanza sul 11esimo piano (R21105). Abbiamo provenuto dal Vietnam e ci hanno trattato molto bene, ci fanno sentire comodi come una casa. Questo hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto NRT. In moda giapponese, la camera gemella è piccola, ma c'è tutto quello che potresti avere bisogno. Amichevole, personale utile e veloce check-in. Quando abbiamo bisogno del loro aiuto, sono apparsi immediatamente. Ogni giorno abbiamo avuto 3 pasti, tra cui riso, pesce, soppa di miso, noodles, salsa, ecc. In generale, una cena giapponese molto tradizionale. Veramente deliziosa e presto! Poiché la stanza è piccola c'è un segno che dice che si può mettere il bagaglio sotto i letti. In generale, un posto per rimanere.

Great location, very close to the airport, bus provided from and to the airport. Room is big enough for 3 guests. Buffet is available for dinner.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, there were also some areas that need improvement. First, the Wi-Fi was the weakest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The connection was very choppy, and I eventually gave up trying to use it. With this being said I’m not sure how Iin 2024 going on to 2025 a hotel in Japan isn’t up to date with its wifi system🤦🏻♀️This is definitely something the hotel should address, as reliable Wi-Fi is a basic expectation for most travelers. On a brighter note, the shower pressure was fantastic, and the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. I had no complaints there. However, the buffet was quite expensive (35usd)given the limited selection(10 or so items). It wasn’t worth the price, and I noticed the hotel’s convenience store was much busier than the buffet itself probably because guests found it to be a better value. If they lowered the buffet price, I think it would attract more diners, which would help maintain the freshness of the food and boost overall sales. With a higher turnover, the hotel could still make a profit, while offering a more appealing dining experience. Overall, the weak Wi-Fi and lack of a good restaurant experience would make me reconsider staying here again in the future. There are definitely other hotels with better value for the price, so I’d likely choose somewhere else next time.

Booked for one night for our last day in Japan. They provide free shuttle service to and from airport, Aeon Mall and JR station. It was super punctual. There was a convenient store within the hotel where everyone spends all their balance cash notes and coins buying snacks and what nots. The hotel staff here is used to international travelers and they speak good English and not so much Japanese like in other hotels. There was a koi garden which entertained my children.

La stanza era pulita. C'è un autobus dall'aeroporto di Narita. Circa una volta ogni 30 minuti. Ci sono anche autobus per la stazione di Narita e l'Aeon Mall Narita. Si prega di notare che gli orari e le fermate degli autobus sono cambiati da febbraio 2024. Quando l'autobus è arrivato in hotel, la persona alla reception è stata in grado di guidarci bene. C'è un FamilyMart all'interno dell'hotel, quindi penso che sia carino che tu possa comprare cibo anche dopo l'apertura del ristorante. Se avrò la possibilità, mi piacerebbe usarlo di nuovo.

This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

L'hotel offre un servizio di navetta regolare tra Narita Terminal 1 e Terminals 2-3, condiviso con l'hotel Hilton. Il viaggio da Narita Terminal 1 all'hotel richiede circa 30 minuti. Inoltre, c'è una navetta alla stazione Narita e al centro commerciale Aeon. La camera è pulita, e il letto è molto comodo. La materassi è forte ma non troppo dura, offre un senso morbido, ma soffice. Le mutandine forniscono un buon supporto al collo senza essere troppo forte. La distribuzione del colazione è standard, ma l'accento è la macchina pancake.Con una sola onda di mano, la macchina inizia e in circa 30 secondi si può godere di una pancake fresca.

Un hotel molto pratico che offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Si trova a circa 5-8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Narita e offre un servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto di Narita al momento del check-out. Dovrai comunicare in anticipo alla reception l'orario della navetta che desideri prendere, così ti verrà rilasciato il biglietto per te e per i tuoi bagagli. L'unica cosa è che la navetta gratuita è disponibile solo al mattino (vedi foto). I servizi possono essere utilizzati al livello 1, dove si trova la reception. Nel complesso, consiglio questo hotel.
