Il personale è molto utile e grande che provengono da tutte le internazionalizzazioni, quindi la lingua non sembra essere una barriera.Le strutture della stanza sono mancanti: le mani di cotone, il resto sono ben fornito(grazie). La grandezza della camera e del letto è grande e confortevole. La palestra è grande con molti dispositivi, ma non capisco perche' dovremmo pagare per usare la vostra piscina. Il colazione ha varietà di cibo, ma sono rimasto qui per 6 notti, il cibo è lo stesso ogni giorno (sconvolto). L'info.on autobus è incerto - ad esempio, raccogliere da quale parte del centro commerciale Aeon. E suggerire di aggiornare i vostri media per tali info.under la categoria giusta.

Perché ho prenotato l'aereo precoce per un soggiorno in questo hotel per una notte, purtroppo ho solo perso una notte, perché è meglio di quanto mi aspettassi.E l'aria è una piccola zona di Chen Tao, l'hotel è situato in una fine nostalgica strada, e può richiedere 1-2 ore dalla strada alla fine! L'hotel è nuovo e pulito, il servizio della ricetta è anche buono, la comunicazione inglese non è un problema!Non è necessario mangiare in hotel (anche se si vuole prenotare in anticipo), ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare vicino, ma quei ristoranti di pesce chiudono presto, per favore presta attenzione!. È possibile andare a Chengdao, la popolarità è molto bassa, e anche il centro commerciale di Aeon è molto conveniente.

Abbiamo effettivamente prenotato questo hotel prima di tornare al nostro paese. La maggior parte dell'hotel dell'aeroporto offre un autobus di navetta. La stanza era spaziosa. La piuma era più morbida tra tutti gli hotel che abbiamo controllato a Tokyo. Ma la cosa migliore era quando ci siamo camminati, c'era un buon ristorante vicino e ci piaceva la cena.

Chose this hotel due to super early flight and pleased with the free shuttle bus service pick up from airport to hotel and also send off. Very well organised. The check in was seamless and staff all super polite and nice. Rooms are the biggest in Japan with lots of space to move around and comes with King size bed. All toiletries provided. One thing to comment is such a big hotel don't provide water, so I find this a bit weird. So please bring own water if you come later than 10pm as there is a convenience store at the hotel but closes by then. Other than that it's a great hotel for a night stay.

Non c'è bisogno di prendere un autobus all'hotel. Il ferro elettrico di Peking che ha preso l'aeroporto di Chengdao è pronto a Chengdao City. Due strade.Per i turisti che sono stati brevemente fermati per un giorno di questo tipo di gioia, è assai conveniente.Il sistema ferroviario è molto conveniente, ma la stazione di Chengdao non sembra essere progettata per i turisti. Quindi, se c'è un bagaglio, può essere gestito con forza alla stazione di Chen Tin, e le scarpe della stazione di cammino sono molto stanche.Dirlo all'aeroporto deve fare il tuo lavoro in anticipo e studiare una mappa. Some context first: my flight departs at 6.20pm tomorrow and we have to check out of our room at 10am, as planned. What was unplanned, was that I was only told at 7pm today that they would have maintenance coming so there are 'no staff' and 'the whole ryokan will be closed', so my elderly parents (78YO and 70YO) and I would have to take our 3 large luggage bags with us by 2pm. They will not be able to hold our luggage for even 2 hours until 4pm, nor will they be able to call us a taxi; we will have to walk to the taxi stand ourselves. What is funny, is that as I was negotiating with the owner in the lobby, 4 new guests arrived to check-in. Now, there is a whole hotel with numerous rooms and new guests, but he cannot (will not) hold our luggage for 2 hours more? He proceeded to tell us they 'are not responsible to us for anything once we check out' and that 'there is nothing he can do' and when I said hotels in other countries hold the luggage for their guests after they check out for the same day until the flight time, he said 'this is Japan, not other countries'. Wow. I get it that he's used to running things his way, but this makes for a horrible customer experience. We had booked this ryokan over 6 weeks ago online, so there were many opportunities to tell us in advance of this scheduled maintenance. One great opportunity was yesterday at 5.30pm, when we checked in. Side points are: - Staff are not trained on the safety equipment in the rooms. I had taken the emergency torchlight off the charging mount and instead of the staff reinserting it, I had to figure out how and tell the staff (to his credit he really tried) - Housekeeping were unaware they took my mother's personal spoon by mistake and phew! the translation issues... we got it back though - Housekeeping replaced the tolietries we clearly had no need of, but not the items we used up! Basically they gave us 3 more toothbrushes in addition to the 3 unused, but did not top up the cotton pads. It was all very clearly placed in the bathroom for them to observe. - Creepy horror movie vibes

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

He proceeded to tell us they 'are not responsible to us for anything once we check out' and that 'there is nothing he can do' and when I said hotels in other countries hold the luggage for their guests after they check out for the same day until the flight time, he said 'this is Japan, not other countries'. Wow. I get it that he's used to running things his way, but this makes for a horrible customer experience. We had booked this ryokan over 6 weeks ago online, so there were many opportunities to tell us in advance of this scheduled maintenance. One great opportunity was yesterday at 5.30pm, when we checked in. Side points are: - Staff are not trained on the safety equipment in the rooms. I had taken the emergency torchlight off the charging mount and instead of the staff reinserting it, I had to figure out how and tell the staff (to his credit he really tried) - Housekeeping were unaware they took my mother's personal spoon by mistake and phew! the translation issues... we got it back though - Housekeeping replaced the tolietries we clearly had no need of, but not the items we used up! Basically they gave us 3 more toothbrushes in addition to the 3 unused, but did not top up the cotton pads. It was all very clearly placed in the bathroom for them to observe. - Creepy horror movie vibes

L'hotel è nuovo e pulito, il servizio della ricetta è anche buono, la comunicazione inglese non è un problema!Non è necessario mangiare in hotel (anche se si vuole prenotare in anticipo), ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare vicino, ma quei ristoranti di pesce chiudono presto, per favore presta attenzione!. Chose this hotel due to super early flight and pleased with the free shuttle bus service pick up from airport to hotel and also send off. Very well organised. The check in was seamless and staff all super polite and nice. Rooms are the biggest in Japan with lots of space to move around and comes with King size bed. All toiletries provided. One thing to comment is such a big hotel don't provide water, so I find this a bit weird. So please bring own water if you come later than 10pm as there is a convenience store at the hotel but closes by then. Other than that it's a great hotel for a night stay.

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

L'hotel è una scelta perfetta se si dispone di un volo mattinale/di uscita perché è a soli 5 minuti dall'aeroporto con l'autobus gratuito. Ha tutte le strutture di base, niente di lussuoso ma ok. Le camere sembrano un po' vecchie ma molto pulite. E il personale era molto utile e professionale.
