Everything was great. I only wish there was an assortment of firmness with the pillows.
Also, the egg selection at breakfast needs to improve.

The hotel is old and tired. Many things in our room didn’t work. Breakfast is over by 9am. Not the usual standard of Hampton Inn. We won’t stay here again.

Dirty, Dated Rude staff. Our room had tiny insects crawling on the beds on the drawers and in our luggage. Explained to the girl on reception who was lovely she rang the manger who basically didn’t care. She said we could check out and get a refund if we checked out there and then. We checked no other hotels available at 10pm at night. Next morning we did get switched to a new room which was ok. The front manager said that people who had been to the beach before checking in sometimes bring bugs back. ????what. We had been on a flight from Canada and drove straight to the hotel. She didn’t even get anyone to come and check the room till I complained. She was rude unprofessional but mostly rude. Not what you would expect from a manager. I stay in Hampton inns regularly. Never again.

Frequently stay at Hamptons when I try travel. This was an older model Hampton but still friendly staff, clean, great breakfast options and quiet. Only issue was toilet needed to be flushed twice due to weakness. But overall I would stay here again.

This is and has been my go to hotel when I’m traveling to Naples, Florida. It is so convenient to everything in the area. Again I have stayed here quite a few times, and the staff is always so friendly, outgoing, and the epitome of great customer service. They have a great buffet breakfast in the morning if that is something you were looking for. I would say get there early because seating is limited lol. The rooms are quaint, but sufficient for my standards. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn, Central Naples.

I was SO looking forward to my first stay at a "luxurious" Hampton. I expected a significantly extra-special, beautiful hotel and room. Instead the lobby and room were no nicer than any Days Inn, Comfort Inn, Motel Six, etc. etc. For our 5 day stay, we were given an unneeded handicapped room, which made it even less attractive. There were ants on the air conditioner, and the wobbly refrigerator froze our milk and soda.
Aside from that disappointment, the staff was extremely nice and hospitable. The breakfast and presentation was also excellent.

Good location, comfortable room, and nice pool area. The breakfast was "to die from"! It was quite disgusting .. fakes eggs, fruit ran out, everything stuffed with sugar .. apparently the "corporate standard breakfast" .. no thanks! Hotel staff were mostlt very friendly except "breakfast lady" (and who can blame her).

Just wanted to inform you that we're dealing with a high number of tiny ants in our rooms, which has been quite unsettling for the kids. Additionally, our room door hinges are missing. additionally, the mini fridge has been generating a loud noise throughout the nights, prompting us to move it onto the carpet in an attempt to muffle the sound.
