G105 . I hope the owners of this unit see this Review. You do not have trust worthy company . My Perfect Stay managing your Condo . I’m deducting stars for Cleaning crew and my Perfect stay . We stayed here for 8 nights . The condo is perfect location on ground floor facing the putting Green Pool and Ocean . We had few issues in the Condo dishwasher running Dry and Garbage disposal . We called My Perfect stay waited for them to show up . My husband figured it out after long wait . We followed out our end of contract left the apartment spotless paid the cleaning fee left a tip and locked all doors . When I reached the airport I realized I forgot my Dyson hair wrap . I called my Perfect stay . They said they would email the cleaners and I called them again the next day no reply 3rd day no it’s not at the unit they said it wasn’t at the unit when they cleaned it unless someone broke in to Condo before the cleaner got there . I have asked them multiple times to check the drawer I left it in . No!! I asked if I could contact the Cleaning Company No . Can you ask them again No . There is nothing we can do . I know it’s my fault for leaving it behind . But I would hope that they have trust worthy and honest people working for them . If you leave personal items behind it would be return to you at your expense . Be wary of My Perfect stay No customers services . I would book directly with the resort on site they were super helpful . But they can not go into the unit due them not managing the unit . So book a unit through there site . Location is perfect we had great time other than this issue I would stay at this resort again just book on-site next time.

We loved our 3rd floor condo.It is newly updated and the owner provided for so many of our needs. We’d love to come back! The Lanai and view of sunsets and whales was breathtaking every day. We also loved the quiet charm of this well maintained property. Everything you need is close by- beach, store, restaurants etc.
