Always it's the best place to stay and enjoy, always I go nantong I like stay in this hotel, so amazing view and room so amazing, staff very polite and helpuful

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Breakfast wasn't great. The outdoor pool is nice in the summer. Close to the Riverside Park.

This hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.

Very nice hotel

這次去給孩子求學業，選擇了離狼山近的鵬欣花園，開車去狼山和劍山都不遠。狼山有東門 南門和北門，去廣教寺從南門進最近。酒店環境很好，房間打掃還算乾淨，有寫字桌方便孩子做作業，有一次性馬桶坐墊，有放旅行箱的桌子，這個還是挺滿意的，不用放地上，拿東西不方便。缺點是，陽台灰很大，洗髮水和護髮素不太好用，用完後頭發打結，早餐不好吃，9點去吃早餐，有個蠻漂亮的小姑娘説是牛奶沒了，就衹剩個空盒子，這麼大個賓館沒牛奶了嗎？要個咖啡又説拿鐵咖啡這裏壞了，衹能美式，那就美式加點牛奶，半天也沒弄好，問了三次咖啡還沒來，第三次是自己去拿才喝到，問她大堂怎麼走她也不知道，這個姑娘難道是第一天上班？不過這姑娘看上去還蠻老實的，沒有怪罪她的意思，就是很不理解。服務還不錯，辦入住和退房都很快，需要添加水和拖鞋很快就送來了，短駁車師傅送到我們門口，還叮囑我們怎麼走去餐廳吃早餐，臨走前台小哥哥還送了小禮品，還給延遲退房。瑕不掩瑜，以後要是能來還願的話，還會入住。

1、很老舊，沙發布藝，很多油漬，摸起來有點黏啊；2、早餐很差，漢庭酒店標準，咖啡衹能做美美式，其他都做不了；餛飩等了10分鐘，食之無味，連鹹味和肉味都沒有。3、晚上抵達，很黑，沒有電梯，箱子衹能硬生生自己拎上去

1.房間挺大，挺正氣的，但是衞生真的一言難盡！一進門把包放在單人沙發上就看到地上有個一次性打包盒的蓋子！浴室漱口杯底部都是坑…… 房間的空調聲音很大，想沒有聲音，空調就不出風了…… 2.由於酒店地理位置較偏僻，所以當晚回房後讓酒店餐廳送餐。點的大黃魚確實很大，可是濃濃的胡椒粉味是想遮掩啥？黃魚的肉一點口感都沒有，全是鬆散的。 3.早餐真的是我有生以來吃的最差的一頓。 除了荷包蛋，沒有一個可以入口的！ 香腸全是麪粉，小餛飩全是皮，米麪配的湯估計是煮麪水，咖啡更是又酸又苦。 全場除了咖啡機和自來水沖泡汽水機以外，還有兩個玻璃瓶，裏面一個裝的芒果汁，看着像是勾兑的，我也不敢喝！ 另外還有三個蒸籠，也不知道是什麼，桌上連個介紹餐牌都沒有。麪包是硬的！水果還OK！ 我媽媽説最安全不踩雷的是白粥…… 4.服務是可以的，接觸到的工作人員態度都很親切。 5.房間大門沒有鎖鏈條，門鎖看着好像還是壞的……

第二次入住了，環境特別好，特別安靜，客服人員也特別貼心，房間裏可以看到長江，出門就是狼山，江邊公園，梅花園，下次還去住

對鵬欣有很深的感情，每次來南通一定會選擇鵬欣，對鵬欣既熟悉又喜歡，外在環境很優美，員工服務也很耐心，清明節左右還會再過來的。

房間入住的很舒適，前台員工服務也都很好，站在大堂外面就可以看到狼山，下次來狼山還願還會過來的

非常滿意的一次選擇，酒店環境很好！離狼山濱江都非常近，飯後在酒店散散步，無比愜意！春暖花開時一定再來
