The view of our hotel room was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Different selections for the 3 mornings we stayed there. The gym and laundry room were great too. Highly recommended.

The hotel room was too hot to sleep and the air conditioner is set by the hotel and cannot be controlled by ourselves. The reception’s advice was to open the window. We cancelled another night and booked another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone who needs the freedom to control their room temperature.

As usual, very nice hotel and room, in this hotel located in the city center, close by walk to all commodities.  I always go there when go to Nantong.  Only breakfast buffet was not opened, served at table individual. Maybe due to Chinese New Year?

員工服務意識強，體現於對住客的問題的及時解決；早餐豐富，現磨咖啡☕️棒；濠河就在馬路對面，沿着岸邊棧道漫步非常愜意；步行六、七分鐘即達博物苑，5:30即開門（園林部份），漫步於其中，感受百年園林的氣息，彷彿故人張狀元還活着。下次來還會選擇“有斐”。

酒店設施完善，位置好，服務周到，晚上還送了銀耳羹，很是貼心呢！來濠河景區旅遊住這裏非常方便，看濠河夜景很漂亮，真心推薦，有機會再來！

南通有斐大酒店周邊濠河的環境非常優美，酒店歷史悠久，設施完善，服務態度非常好，下次再來一定再住有斐酒店。

酒店的客房非常乾淨，裝飾典雅，床鋪柔軟，保證了良好的睡眠質量。服務人員熱情專業，對客人的需求反應迅速。酒店的自助早餐種類豐富，營養均衡。

酒店床很舒服，晚上還有睡前糖水。前台姐姐很好，免費升級成了濠河景觀套房。酒店歷史悠久，風景秀麗，夜晚燈光很美。

酒店位置很好就在濠河邊上，出門步行吃飯逛街去博物館都很方便。前台服務熱情還主動給升了房間，房間大，外面景觀好

房間整潔無異味，隔音很好，白天陽光充足，鏡子很多，化粧打扮什麼的很方便。但是作為五星級酒店，服務差太多了，還不如連鎖酒店，打電話想讓前台送拖鞋都不送，讓我自己下樓取，外賣也是外賣員上來放門口的，連個送餐機器人都沒有

我這次來南通，在南通有斐大酒店，連住三晩，給我留下深深的印象。給我按排17樓大床客房，非常安靜，城市景觀很美，客房生活設施使用方便。每天晚上都有一碗紅栆銀耳羹，喝了有助唾眠。服務員熱情周到。下次來南通，還是選擇有斐。

老酒店了，智能設備少一些。但其他硬件設施不錯。夜景很美
