What an amazing room! We visited on a relatively quiet day just for one night and we got super lucky that we got upgraded to a suite. It was incredible. The bath was the size of my bathroom at home! There was a living room with a massive tv and a playstation, bedroom was massive too and lovely decorated. The whole thing was so big you could get lost in it. What a lovely surprise and the staff couldn't be friendlier. We had a great stay. Wish we could stay longer cause that room blew us away :) Thank you

Hotel bien situado, con un personal muy atento, pero también con alguna limitación en cuanto a servicios e instalaciones, y no solo porque la recepción solo está abierta en dos tramos horarios, una por la mañana y otra por la tarde. Las habitaciones y las camas son tirando a pequeñas y los cuartos de baño son un poco antiguos, no les vendría mal una actualización. En cualquier caso, por el precio que tiene tampoco es una mala opción si quieres estar en la zona centro de Nantes.

Went here for work, stayed for 5 days... Even if climate in the city was perfect, windy and sometimes a bit rainy, rooms temperature were a bit too warm; probably because of the carpet that was basically in everywhere. Nice breakfast with local products.

Si annuncia all'arrivo all'allegato dell'hotel (sedia a 300m Hotel) che le nostre 3 camere doppie si trovano al 4° piano Senza Ascensore. In mia camera il riscaldamento funziona profondamente e il radiatore ha perso il suo cabinetto termostatico. Non posso dormire con un calore e una finestra che si trovano sul Boulevard. Uno dei miei amici chiede una camera più bassa perché ha l'impossibilità fisica di sgridare i 4 piani.. E' in grado di accettare una camera semplice al secondo piano, a prezzo del doppio, per mancanza di alternativa. Allora chiedo di prendere quella che lascia al quarto, e faccio la mappa chiave della camera ”con riscaldamento”. En soirée l’hôtel m'appelle pour dire que la clé rendée n'est pas celle de la chambre défectueuse (!!??), mais celle de la 3ème chambre occupée par mon autre amie.Sa clé a donc été désactivée et elle doit aller en chercher une nouvelle à l’hôtel principal (l'accoglienza dell'allegato è chiusa a quest'ora). Quando siamo tornati, scopriamo che la camera di questa ragazza è stata rinomata e che le sue cose sono state spostate ... verso la camera difettosa!!!!!! .Torniamo all’hotel principale per protestare e rifiutare di nuovo questa camera. La mia amica otterrà finalmente una camera all’hotel principale . 6 giri- ritorno e l'equivalente di 5 volte i 4 livelli per ottenere 3 camere corrette, prenotate 6 settimane in anticipo....Non è caro, ma ora sappiamo perché.

Albergo centrale comodissimo per raggiungere le varie attrazioni. Mai utilizzato mezzi di trasporto. Camera essenziale ma silenziosa tenendo conto che era sempre aperta bagno decisamente piccolo. Un appunto va fatto credo che nei 5 giorni che sono stata ospite non abbiano mai cambiato lenzuola Asciugamani cambiati dopo 3 giorni. Personale molto cortese. The hotel location is perfectly situated for all transport links and for walking to the main visitor attractions. This is a budget hotel but the room and continental breakfast were more than adequate for me although some couples may find the double rooms a little on the small side. I've read several reviews about the lack of hot water in the shower. I didn't have this issue but it was necessary to leave the hot water to run for about five minutes before it was piping hot. I would stay here again if I was visiting Nantes but I do have a couple of suggestions for the hotel on how it could improve the overall guest experience based on my mixed experience which I hope will be receive by the hotel in the spirit in which it is intended. (I attempted to leave comments on your website but it kept crashing.) Firstly, there was an inconsistent approach from the staff (the team) to me and, I observed, other guests. Two of the staff at reception and in the breakfast room were welcoming and chatty but two other members of the team in the same areas were not. Being ignored may be considered rude. My suggestion to the hotel would be to ask all staff to make eye contact, smile and say bon jour to all guests every time to ensure we feel welcomed and valued. Secondly, there was a small error on my check out bill which I didn't notice at the time. These things happen but it took me over week of chasing to resolve this. I had to email repeatedly as there was no timely response from the team which I think is poor customer service. This is in contrast to the almost immediate response I received when I emailed with details on my time of arrival. My suggestion to the hotel would be to activate an automated message during busier times so guests know their communications have been received and will be responded to within a specified timeframe.

The air con wasn't as strong as other properties in Nantes so we had to open the windows. Shower was much bigger though. Liked the outside area. Strange how other Ibis hotels serve pizza all day but this one only serves in the evening. Luckily there is Neo Politan on the same road. Pillows were rubbish. Even 2 felt like 1 so you may need 4.

A nice, clean, modernized 2 star hotel just a short walk downtown. The price was affordable and I used their garage which I had no trouble navigating into. The AC wasn't working as I think the windows didn't close properly (room 59), which probably explains why I thought it was loud outside. Minor inconveniences for all the advantages (price, location, cleanliness) that this hotel offered.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato molto buono! Era molto ordinato e il riscaldamento funzionava bene, quindi non faceva freddo. Ma la porta del bagno era rotta e non riuscivo a chiuderla. È stato un viaggio con gli amici, quindi non è stato un grosso problema. L'acqua calda usciva bene e c'erano attrezzature per cucinare, quindi potevo cucinare e mangiare! Mi sono piaciute anche le bustine di tè fornite dall'hotel :) Era molto pulito, molto caldo e puoi cucinare lì. Era un hotel perfetto per il prezzo economico. Ma la porta del bagno non era in grado di chiudersi completamente, il che non era un grosso problema. Anche il tè fornito dall'hotel era davvero buono!
