Hotel in zona Ba Dinh Square/Giang Vo Convention Center, Hanoi

Old but clean hotel. Lot of local business people staying there. Indoor pool is awesome. Lake view room is nice. Close to the pagoda and a nice cafe called Laika is a 5 minute walk. Bit farfor a walk to the old quarters, but taking a Grab car is easy, cheap and convenient. One weird thing when we were checking out and waiting for our Grab car, the concierge was trying to check the app to get specific details on our next destination.

Feeling welcomed by the Rey Hotel crew, they serve the best all the time! Superior room being upgraded to Deluxe room type at no charge. Hesitate no more, book it whenever you are having a trip in Hanoi 💖 p/s: frontdesk served us well and his name is in the picture!

First off, let me say a big thank you to the staff. I'm travelling solo and it was my Birthday during my stay, Hang along with the rest of reception staff bought me a cake and gave me a birthday card. Totally unexpected but very welcome. The hotel itself is very clean and my bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was great. There's coffee and breakfast in the mornings if you fancy it I'm sure this will be a highlight of this trip.

The hotel is basically new, everything is beautifully clean, the rooms even though are the basic are really spacious and with all the amenities , the breakfast is decent with local food, the terrace is a nice place to hang out and relax, the people in the front desk are really nice and able to help you always, great option to stay in Hanoi

The hotel is in a quieter area of Hanoi but surrounded by shops, coffee shops, supermarkets & food outlets. The hotel has only been open a few months so all new & modern. The Breakfast offers vietnamese cuisine as well as western food. Excellent. The staff in all departments are excellent. We will return to the hotel. Thabkyou .

La camera è spa e si trova a Hanoi, e la camera è spaziosa. Il personale di servizio è anche amichevole e utile per fornire raccomandazioni intorno alla zona. Ho fatto anche il bagno e le mie unghie all'hotel. Inoltre, ha celebrato il compleanno del ristorante Khue, situato al dodicesimo piano dell'hotel, e il personale di servizio ha compiuto sforzi speciali per decorare la notte e ci ha anche dato un biscotto complimentare.

Overall good hotel, spacious and clean room, nice rooftop swimming pool, decent breakfast. If need to find a couple of remarks, those could be: - service at the pool can be improved. Timing itself is already strange (it opens at 9 when it’s already 35°C outside and closes at 18 when it’s not even dark yet). Furthermore, on my last day I arrived at 9.45 for a quick dip, and nobody had put yet the pillows on the chairs, opened the umbrellas, provided towels, etc. I had to do everything by myself even though a staff member saw me going to the pool. - breakfast gave me mixed feelings: it’s really good to have some fixed buffet items + some a la carte options (including egg station), but that quality is in contrast with having boulangerie items regularly 1 or 2 days old. Again, overall good experience, but some things can be improved.

Hotel de Lagom è un nuovo hotel, quindi tutte le loro strutture sono molto nuove e in ottima condizione. La posizione è perfetta, poiché si trova nel cuore del centro della città e non molto da passeggiare fino al quartiere vecchio che si sta verificando. Tutti i membri del personale sono amici, ospiti e professionali. Il personale (Christine e Julia) è anche molto rispondente e accogliente a tutte le mie richieste e domande tramite chat telefonico. La sala è stata molto pulita, spaziosa e moderna, e la sala è pulita e dotata di nuove macchine e campanelli. Non abbiamo avuto tempo per provare la piscina sul tetto, ma sembra anche fantastico. È anche un caffè popolare, perfetto per gli amanti del caffè. In generale, abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza di soggiorno presso Hotel de lagom. Molto consigliato per chiunque sta considerando un nuovo, bello e pulito soggiorno a Hanoi. Pensiamo di restare qui di nuovo nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Hanoi e consigliamo questo posto ai nostri amici!

Very friendly service from Henry at front desk and always seeking ways to recommend assistance for tours and transport. On arrival, our two rooms were not available and we were allocated a small family room for our 4 nights. As this was not what we had requested or paid for, we asked for our separate rooms to be assigned. Was informed that hotel was fully booked and this was only option.. In the end, we were offered a family room and deluxe room for night one, share a family room on night 2 and and then family and deluxe for last 2 nights. Rooms that were not available, seem to become available. Keep in mind there are 3 Queen Cafe Hotels in Hanoi and can be easily confused with booking taxis or tours. Bathroom was a good size.

Phòng thiết kế hiện đại, sáng sủa. Giường êm, chăn mền sạch sẽ, ngủ lạ chỗ nhưng mình vẫn ngủ ngon. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, rất nhẹ nhàng với khách nha, dịch vụ 10 đỉm. check in out cũng nhanh nữa, k phải chờ lâu.
