Fantastic hotel in a great location, opposite the park and with many good eateries nearby. Nice room with new furniture, super comfortable bed and good views. Breakfast was delicious too, but the best thing was the staff, who went way beyond their duties to welcome you. One of the lovely receptionists even took us to a traditional place to eat Nanning noodles and took our washing out of the machine and put it in the dryer when we were away. I highly recommend this hotel.

L'esperienza di soggiorno è perfetta!L'alloggio della villa di 43 piani alti e alti piani, le forniture interne sono complete, dai bagni di lusso ai delicati, i dettagli sono così brillanti e intime.La stanza è molto buona per isolare il suono, e la notte è tranquilla come se fosse una fonte esterna. La finestra di terra ha chiuso le onde del Parco del lago meridionale e l'interfaccia cieca della città. La finestra di alzata del lago ha visto il sole del mattino, e la passeggiata sulla riva del lago meridionale di sera è ancora più divertente. Il più sorprendente è il ristorante del lago 48esimo piano, con le finestre di terrazza piena di ricci, sacchetti di bruciare, sapore tradizionale e bella scena, ogni bocca è doppio godere di ricci e visione. Qui non c'è nulla da hardware al servizio per il vecchio stile di cinque stelle, che è il segreto di Nanning City!

Molto vicino a Metro. Il servizio di autobus dell'aeroporto è a posto. Bello lago Nan è bello per la mattina e per la sera passeggiata.
Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia. Il personale frontale era molto piacevole e in grado di aiutarci quando chiedeva di essere aggiornato gratuitamente alla camera esecutiva, non fumatori con fantastica vista sul lago. La stanza era molto spaziosa e confortevole.
Il desk front was also efficient to help us solve a small issue of the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Phoenix Hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. A special shoutout goes to the front desk manager, Xiao Xue, whose exceptional service truly made my stay memorable.
Xiao Xue went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing me with great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest.
The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with spacious and comfortable rooms that are well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
The amenities at Phoenix Hotel are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.

HHo FongMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. UUtente ospiteWe stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons:
Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.)
Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.)
2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room.
3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day.
Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be.

- no coffee at breakfast! generally, poor food choice
- we stayed on a “non-smoking floor” but there were ashtrays next to the elevators and everything including our towels stank of cigarettes!
- there were supposed to be free drinks until 10:30 pm but when I called around 9 pm, they said they’d run out
- expensive laundry service

La notte di cottura è assolutamente ok. La stanza è molto morbosa e comoda. La superficie è molto grande
Ci sono due consigli piccoli. Una persona fuma in camera, una volta che entra nella stanza, c'è un sapore di tabacco, e si consiglia di pulire attentamente la polvere di fumo; la seconda è preparare un bicchiere o due bicchieri di acqua minerale ** per l'hotel. È davvero secca ma non beve molto.
