HHoLaurenMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

UUtente ospite酒店性價比高!第一次來這裏感覺挺不錯的，酒店很安靜，非常的好，裝修簡約型的，住着很舒心，前台服務態度也超級好，衞生也超級乾淨，真心喜歡!整體上非常不錯。位置靠近車站和市中心，出行方便，遊玩的的地方也挺多。房間採光好，整體感覺乾淨舒適。旁邊有花鳥市場，人民公園，唐山文化城裡有一個鴛鴦樓這些地方都可以逛逛，離南寧站衹有不到2公里，非常近，來旅遊對南寧不太熟悉，前台很貼心，辦入住的時候詢問一些景點和美食時，給我們介紹了一些周圍比較熱鬧的三街兩巷，平西夜市，西關夜市，前台還有南寧旅遊攻略圖給我們參考，真心不錯，點贊一下前台小王！

UUtente ospiteHad a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese.
Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

LLakeeaMy first trip to China led me to the WANDA Realm Hotel, chosen amidst uncertainty. The hotel is amazing, Its prime location adjacent to a mall made shopping a breeze. The spacious, clean room and delightful Western breakfast added to the experience. Although I didn't capture any photos, I'd eagerly return for business or leisure. Overall, the experience, location, room quality, and staff were exceptional. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

GGuangzhiPros: 1) Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful; they arranged a disposable shaver to be delivered to my room - much appreciated. 2) Location is good, very close to the train station and shuttle bus (route number 1) to NNG airport. 3) Our room is very clean, having comfortable bed, pillows and linens.
Cons: 1) Lifts are small and always crowded. 2) Breakfast is a disgrace… There was no meat, and hardly anything else. My wife and I were fortunate to get some noodle and nibbles. Some people arriving after us complained to the two staff in the breakfast area that “there is no food”. The staff were unapologetic; they defended by saying that “more people are having breakfast today than the number we were given”. And then one of the staff started eating her own breakfast (it was about 9am), something she collected for herself from the breakfast bar, together with the customers. It just shows the lack of training and protocols.
