設施方面我覺得有點難受，1、洗手池的設計真的很噁心，無論開多大的水都會濺出來，洗手池邊上一圈都會積水。2、淋浴噴頭固定的地方可能已經壞了，衹能以這樣的角度洗。。。醉了
衞生吧還行，毛巾上發現幾根頭髮，但我是自帶的，也就無所謂了。
剛入住的時候，沒記住前台説的房號，看房卡去了6321，結果後來跟我説我是6311，這字真的挺像2的，鬧了個大烏龍真的很尷尬，還好後來服務員帶我去了正確的房間。

UUtente anonimoThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

Uuandiqueue⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service & Super Comfortable Stay – Would Definitely Come Back!
I only stayed one night at Ziyi Tianyue Nanjing South Railway Station Hotel, but the experience was so good that I genuinely wish I had stayed longer.
Right from the start, the service stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered free laundry service, and when I used the self-service machine at night, they still called my room once it was done. That level of thoughtfulness really made a difference.
Later that night, they even brought me free watermelon. It might seem like a small thing, but it was sweet (in every sense of the word) and made me feel truly looked after.
They also gave me a room upgrade, and when I asked for a late checkout due to my train schedule, they arranged it without hesitation. The whole experience felt warm, generous, and honestly worthy of a 5-star rating.
One thing that really impressed me was how considerate they were toward me as a foreign guest. Since I don’t have a Chinese phone number, they lent me theirs so I could order food delivery—something I didn’t expect at all and really appreciated.
A big shoutout to 小梅 and 小左 at the front desk. They were so kind and went above and beyond to help—from check-in to recommending great places to eat and visit in Nanjing. They truly made me feel welcome.
The room itself was great: clean, cozy, and equipped with modern features like a smart toilet, Xiaodu voice assistant, and even a robot that delivers food to your room. It felt high-tech but still very comfortable.
The only minor downside is that the hotel doesn’t have a gym—but honestly, with everything else being this good, especially for the price, it’s a very small thing.
Even though I only stayed one night, I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in Nanjing. Huge thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

Ci vediamo oggi, ancora seri e forti, che testimoniano silenziosamente la crescita e il cambiamento di uno studioso dopo l'altro. Se non vuoi uscire a mangiare, puoi anche mandare un pasto in casa, un pranzo familiare.

Innanzitutto la posizione è molto vantaggiosa, rendendo gli spostamenti e lo shopping molto convenienti. La qualità delle forniture della camera degli ospiti è buona. La zia della camera degli ospiti al piano mi saluta calorosamente ogni giorno e mi chiede informazioni sull'esperienza del soggiorno in dettaglio. Vale la pena ricordare che il catering dell'hotel non è solo bello nell'aspetto e nel gusto, ma anche molto sorprendente con un servizio premuroso. Dall'accoglienza calorosa dell'addetto ai bagagli all'ingresso nell'hotel, all'accoglienza del direttore della hall e della signora della reception, al servizio nel reparto catering, tutto ha superato le mie aspettative. Dovrei restare qui anche la prossima volta.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

BBenjamin Sch.La posizione dell'Intercontinental è centrale a Nanchino. È vicino al lago e invita a fare passeggiate nelle vicinanze. L'architettura dell'hotel è davvero bella e siamo stati trasferiti a un piano più alto. La vista sulla città è fantastica.
I mobili delle camere sono un po' logori e non corrispondono pienamente all'alta qualità dei pavimenti e delle sale dell'edificio. Alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione potrebbero essere necessari in futuro. La piscina interna è ok ma niente di speciale ed era un po' fredda (ma era anche fredda fuori). La colazione era buona e il personale era molto cordiale.
Alcune zone delle camere avrebbero potuto essere un po' più pulite.
Sulla base del prezzo elevato per la camera, l'hotel andava bene ma nessuna grande sorpresa. Consigliamo comunque l'hotel per una notte per godersi la splendida vista. Per soggiorni più lunghi altri hotel offrono di più a prezzi più bassi.

Avevamo bisogno di un posto vicino all'ospedale e abbiamo deciso di provare l'hotel Qingmu perché era situato in una posizione comoda e sembrava confortevole dall'esterno e aveva recensioni per lo più positive su trip.com.
Essendo uno straniero che parla pochissimo mandarino, ero preoccupato per la comunicazione con lo staff dell'hotel. Ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'efficienza con cui hanno gestito questo problema. Siamo stati in grado di chattare con l'aiuto di WeChat e Google Translate. Conoscevano anche più inglese di quanto pensassi. Ben presto siamo diventati molto amichevoli e abbiamo trovato un modo produttivo per comunicare le mie esigenze e ottenere la migliore stanza possibile. Ci hanno anche aiutato con le nostre borse da viaggio e ci hanno fornito acqua e uno spuntino. Mi sono sentito molto felice e a mio agio con i loro servizi e mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa più che come un soggiorno in hotel.
La camera era molto invitante e profumava di fresca di pulizia. Il letto era molto comodo e mia moglie ha avuto mal di schiena ma ha detto che il letto era perfetto per lei. È stato bello che abbiano potuto conservare i nostri farmaci in un frigorifero a temperatura controllata mentre noi continuavamo a lavorare per il concepimento. Avevamo una vista meravigliosa sulla città e il bagno aveva gli elementi essenziali per aiutarci a rinfrescarci tra una sessione e l'altra. La doccia aveva acqua calda e soffione rimovibile e poteva ospitare due persone.
Avevamo accesso a un forno a microonde per riscaldare il nostro pranzo e a un centro lavanderia per soddisfare le nostre esigenze di pulizia degli indumenti da viaggio.
L'hotel si trova vicino alla metropolitana ed è circondato da numerosi ristoranti e altre forme di intrattenimento. Soggiornando qui durante il Capodanno cinese potrai sentire i festeggiamenti intorno a te, con decorazioni e musica dai colori vivaci.
L'hotel è stato inoltre piacevolmente decorato con fiori nelle nostre camere e nella hall.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno fantastico, a un prezzo ancora migliore, io e mia moglie torneremo sicuramente qui. Ho allegato alcune foto del mio soggiorno qui sotto.
