This hotel is located in the center of the city, near the 1912 district so there is a lot of restaurants, it is really convenient.
In my opinion, it is also a more pleasant neighbourhood that Xinjiekou where are all the others hotels.
It is a really recent hotel, so all the furnitures are new. It is really high-tech, the curtains opens automatically when you enter the room, there are some electronic buttons for a lot of things (maybe a bit too much high-tech sometimes ? you can’t leave a single light for reading in the evening when your partner is sleeping).
The room is well furnished and spacious, it lacks maybe just a bit of space near the sink in the bathroom.
The breakfast is really good and diverse and the staff is really nice and helpful, specially the doorman Sam.
I really recommend you this hotel in Nanjing.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Very clean, housekeeping was very good, room was cleaned thoroughly everyday and essentials replenished. We received a fruit platter everyday and drinks in the fridge are complimentary. Love the tea mugs and whole tea leaves. Bath salts and mask were provided while indulging in the deep soaking bath. Toilet was a smart toilet with bidet. Location is excellent for shopping whilst not the closest to the metro station. One small recommendation, may be have the option of milk to go with the delicious coffee that you provided. There was also complimentary fruits and hot drinks at the door. And free laundry facilities. Front desk was very efficient and helpful. I cannot wait to return. Highly recommended.

Potrebbe essere un vecchio hotel, i servizi nella stanza sono davvero vecchi, anche se è pulito, non è davvero buono. Almeno se vengo di nuovo a Nanchino, potrei non restare qui. C'è sicuramente un problema con l'impianto di condizionamento dell'aria. L'impianto di condizionamento dell'aria nella stanza la prima notte di soggiorno era rotto e mi sono svegliato più volte nel cuore della notte. Dopo averlo segnalato il giorno successivo, ho cambiato una stanza Non importa quanti gradi l'aria condizionata nella stanza cambiata fosse regolata, faceva estremamente freddo.
Il traffico intorno all'hotel è abbastanza conveniente e voglio ottenere questo vantaggio al momento.

L'hotel Kuandu è in una posizione assolutamente perfetta!! Tuttavia, siamo rimasti negativamente sorpresi dal fatto che la camera da letto che avevamo prenotato fosse nel seminterrato (-2), anche se non era scritto da nessuna parte sul sito che sarebbe stato così. Quindi la finestra dava su un muro. Inoltre, il bagno non era separato dal resto della camera da letto con una porta, quindi ci siamo sentiti molto a disagio perché ci sarebbe stata una coppia nella stanza, non una persona singola. Absolutely fabulous hotel for our family of 5. We had two rooms next to each other and the amenities were great with good room size with space for luggage and a place to sit. The staff were the highlight of our stay and it makes all the difference, they were gracious and polite and friendly and despite my very poor Mandarin attempts, they were always helpful with no eye rolls or patronizing tones. All the front desk staff were amazing from helping us to order late suppers to organizing some medicine for our sick child. The location was perfect for a morning stroll by the canal and close to one of the main gate wall. Highly recommended and we would come and stay again.

Especially Zhang Wei & Han Wen who helped us greatly. They made our stay feel safe & secured. Will recommend anyone coming to Nanjing to stay here. A short 7-10 mins stroll to the main area of xinkiekou. 5 stars!

UUtente ospiteI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Era celebrando il mio compleanno GF e inviando una richiesta per un mini deco e il personale consegnato. Il personale parlava inglese, il check-in e il check-out erano facili.

UUtente ospiteLocation - good, nearby to Nanjing train station, but need to know how to walk to hotel, go to the right exit (i went wrong exit and had to walk on road for approx 15mins). Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi)
Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around.
Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water.
Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people).
Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available
Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea
Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry
Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor.
Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee.
Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

SSebastianLocation is okay, since the subway line can be accessed directly from the lobby and mall. Currently a construction side nearby is a k it annoying.
The breakfast is really great and offers quite a variety for westerners.

BBenjamin Sch.La posizione dell'Intercontinental è centrale a Nanchino. È vicino al lago e invita a fare passeggiate nelle vicinanze. L'architettura dell'hotel è davvero bella e siamo stati trasferiti a un piano più alto. La vista sulla città è fantastica.
I mobili delle camere sono un po' logori e non corrispondono pienamente all'alta qualità dei pavimenti e delle sale dell'edificio. Alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione potrebbero essere necessari in futuro. La piscina interna è ok ma niente di speciale ed era un po' fredda (ma era anche fredda fuori). La colazione era buona e il personale era molto cordiale.
Alcune zone delle camere avrebbero potuto essere un po' più pulite.
Sulla base del prezzo elevato per la camera, l'hotel andava bene ma nessuna grande sorpresa. Consigliamo comunque l'hotel per una notte per godersi la splendida vista. Per soggiorni più lunghi altri hotel offrono di più a prezzi più bassi.

UUtente ospiteCleaning service should be improved. When you arrive in the room it is clear that they do not deep clean between one client and the other, cause the floors are not clean, there is dust, spider webs and there is heavy dirt in the corners of the room and behind the bathroom.
Prp: the bed of the room I got was very comfy and soft. The room had a closet to store my clothes, and a big desk that was very convenient for me. The area around the building is very lively with a lot of restaurants and it's quite near the subway and train station (walking distance around 10-15 min).
Cons:They should decide if they want you to provide an apartment or hotel service, they are not very clear what their aim is since they don't provide hotel service for short stays (like daily cleaning, they only take the rubbish but don't cleam bathroom and floors) but not even apartment service for longer stays (such as dish soap or a pot to cook, or things to clean the apartment on your own). They provide kitchen and washing machine with no cleaning products or kitchen appliances, not even soap to wash the mugs they provide (that were dirty). The people who work at the reception are friendly but completely disorganised. The first day I was locked out three times from my room cause they could not provide me with a proper keycode and finally gave me a key which I had to sit on the floor to open each time cause it was the emergency key of the electronic dial thing that there is on the door.
One day I came back and the cleaning lady took out my electricity card even if I had food in the fridge that could have gone bad. They said that I should not use electricity and the A/C too much otherwise I should have paid more. They never stated this nor on the website or in person.
After not providing me with good service, theh repeatedly asked me to give them good reviews and send them a screenshot of a 5 stars review, instead of asking me how to improve their service.
Overall, when I booked the price was worth it but I would not book it again now that the price is more expensive.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è molto sorpresa, molto grande, anche molto pulita, le strutture sono complete.Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta e ha colazione gratuita.Soprattutto l'acqua potabile e i tubi di carta da bagno sono abbastanza utili, e la pulizia delle sorelle più belle è particolarmente buona.
La posizione geografica è particolarmente lodata. Sono arrivati pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana.L'hotel è il punto di autobus, vicino alla stazione di Shanghai Road a Nanjing, e ci sono tre ospedali.A due stazioni sono molto convenienti da Ningjiang Xin Street, la vecchia Mendong, il padrone di casa e altri importanti punti di attrazione.
A porta dell'hotel ci sono farmacie, piccoli supermercati, piccoli pranzi, verdure, cucina, barbecue, frutta e così via. È più conveniente vivere sulla strada principale. Ci sono anche i famosi piccoli cuochi di Nanjing Jiangyan.La metropolitana ha anche un piccolo pasticceria di zuppa di pesce bianco, particolarmente delizioso!
Per la prima volta, Nanjing è stato consigliato per questo hotel a Nanjing, e Nanjing vale la pena di giocare.Le torte e le torte di Nanjing sono molto deliziose, e la pasticceria è deliziosa e pratica dei prezzi del mercato agricolo e commerciale.Molto buona esperienza!
