L'unico problema è che non è facile da trovare. Per accedervi bisogna passare dal vicolo che conduce al campus nord del Gulou Hospital e recarsi alla stessa reception del GreenTree Inn. L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato e il suo stile ricorda quello di una determinata stagione. Ho prenotato una camera con letto king-size da 1,5 metri e la ragazza alla reception mi ha aiutato a passare gratuitamente a una camera con letto king-size da 1,8 metri. La camera è generalmente confortevole, di dimensioni adeguate e anche il letto è comodo. L'unico inconveniente è che la porta del bagno si apre proprio di fronte al water, il che è un po' angusto. La porta in vetro del bagno non blocca bene l'acqua, quindi dopo aver fatto la doccia l'acqua finisce dappertutto sul pavimento. Inoltre, sul pannello degli interruttori non c'è alcuna indicazione per controllare alcunché, quindi accendere e spegnere le luci è come aprire ogni volta una scatola cieca. Nel complesso sono abbastanza soddisfatto!

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era piccola e angusta, ma i servizi erano nuovi. Il servizio di consegna tramite robot è stato molto comodo, risparmiandomi la fatica di dover scendere a ritirare il cibo. Tuttavia, c'era una cosa che avrei voluto vedere migliorata: durante la colazione, ho trovato il cucchiaino incredibilmente sporco. Ne ho provati diversi, ma nessuno è risultato pulito. L'ho pulito io stesso con una salvietta umidificata e la macchia gialla è andata via. Sembra che si possa rimuovere, ma non era completamente pulita. Il cameriere è stato molto gentile e accogliente!

La famiglia del parente vive vicino alla fattoria, ha scelto John Hammer, silenzioso e pulito. La stanza è molto grande. Non sarà molto graziosa aggiungere un letto con un bambino.L'esperienza di vestito di Han consegnato alla casa è buona. Ho fatto alcune belle foto con il vestito di Han nella stanza, anche dopo aver fatto il vestito antico. Vale la pena ricordare che i servizi di dettagli dell'hotel sono fatti in posizione per firmare le linee di attrazione della reception.

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

UUtente ospiteOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

Situato nel cuore di Nanchino, vanta comodi collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici: le linee 1, 2 e 3 della metropolitana sono tutte nelle vicinanze, e taxi e autobus sono facili da trovare. La hall non è grande, ma i drink di benvenuto hanno offerto un piacevole sollievo dal caldo estivo. La receptionist è stata cordiale e cortese, offrendo un servizio eccellente. C'erano il servizio in camera robotizzato, la lavanderia gratuita e il parcheggio gratuito. Il personale di servizio al piano ha mantenuto la camera molto pulita, anche se era un po' vecchia. Considerando il prezzo e la posizione, non si può chiedere di più. Nel complesso, sono stato molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno. Sceglierei sicuramente questo Novotel di nuovo la prossima volta! 👍👍👍

From the hotel we were able to visit the Fuzimeow area any time. And were able to walk to Laomendong.
Other tourist attractions can be access by metro (50m walk) or car hailing

Avevamo bisogno di un posto vicino all'ospedale e abbiamo deciso di provare l'hotel Qingmu perché era situato in una posizione comoda e sembrava confortevole dall'esterno e aveva recensioni per lo più positive su trip.com.
Essendo uno straniero che parla pochissimo mandarino, ero preoccupato per la comunicazione con lo staff dell'hotel. Ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'efficienza con cui hanno gestito questo problema. Siamo stati in grado di chattare con l'aiuto di WeChat e Google Translate. Conoscevano anche più inglese di quanto pensassi. Ben presto siamo diventati molto amichevoli e abbiamo trovato un modo produttivo per comunicare le mie esigenze e ottenere la migliore stanza possibile. Ci hanno anche aiutato con le nostre borse da viaggio e ci hanno fornito acqua e uno spuntino. Mi sono sentito molto felice e a mio agio con i loro servizi e mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa più che come un soggiorno in hotel.
La camera era molto invitante e profumava di fresca di pulizia. Il letto era molto comodo e mia moglie ha avuto mal di schiena ma ha detto che il letto era perfetto per lei. È stato bello che abbiano potuto conservare i nostri farmaci in un frigorifero a temperatura controllata mentre noi continuavamo a lavorare per il concepimento. Avevamo una vista meravigliosa sulla città e il bagno aveva gli elementi essenziali per aiutarci a rinfrescarci tra una sessione e l'altra. La doccia aveva acqua calda e soffione rimovibile e poteva ospitare due persone.
Avevamo accesso a un forno a microonde per riscaldare il nostro pranzo e a un centro lavanderia per soddisfare le nostre esigenze di pulizia degli indumenti da viaggio.
L'hotel si trova vicino alla metropolitana ed è circondato da numerosi ristoranti e altre forme di intrattenimento. Soggiornando qui durante il Capodanno cinese potrai sentire i festeggiamenti intorno a te, con decorazioni e musica dai colori vivaci.
L'hotel è stato inoltre piacevolmente decorato con fiori nelle nostre camere e nella hall.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno fantastico, a un prezzo ancora migliore, io e mia moglie torneremo sicuramente qui. Ho allegato alcune foto del mio soggiorno qui sotto.
