Ho chiesto un upgrade gratuito, ma la reception non era d'accordo. Cinque minuti dopo, la receptionist e il direttore si incontrarono. Il direttore non si è scusato né ha fornito un risarcimento immediato. Ha accettato un upgrade gratuito per una notte solo dopo che glielo abbiamo richiesto. Abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra per le ultime due notti. Ho preso la metropolitana per più di sette ore e sono arrivato a Nanchino verso le 8. Ero così stanco che mi sentivo malissimo a soggiornare in un albergo del genere. L'unica cosa positiva è che i letti singoli artistici migliorati sono accettabili (le ultime due foto) e nelle vicinanze ci sono molti deliziosi ristoranti che preparano zuppe e ravioli.
