Hotel in zona Yuhuatai Area, Nanchino

The service is impeccable, the buffet breakfast and dinner is above average. The only issue was the broken climate control. The rooms were stuffy and needed to request for the windows to be opened. As of this writing, stayed at the hotel in March. The rooms were relatively clean, but in need of a proper deep clean and polishing. The location is great and right across from the wanda mall. Lots of food choices. Highly recommended though if that climate control is not fixed soon, summer would be terrible in the rooms.

This is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

大堂至房間佈局和風格我很喜歡，和酒店理念一致，帶着國風元素，讓人寧靜；在房間還能聽到旁邊寺院裏的敲鐘聲，看到房內介紹説還能預約中醫望診和書法臨摹👍 酒店對面就是茶顏，喝飲料吃東西都方便，對面商場還有家以中醫理念的按摩店，去放鬆艾灸一下也很舒服。 不足之處也有，隔音不是很好，一個晚上我能聽到對面和隔壁進進出出至少七八次的聲音，不知道為啥半夜也這麼吵。。還有一個建議，雖然是庭院景觀房，但冬季實際都是光禿禿的樹，感官也不好一片蕭條，如果能順應酒店的主題五季種植維護五季不同的景觀，冬天也能看到有生命的植物就更好了

Highly recommend hotel. The best hotel ever. Too many great things inside the hotel. The staff very kind and helpful. The facilities were amazing. You not only can use the laundry facilities for free but the staff will help you to send the done clean and dried clothes to your room. The room big enough. The bed and comforter was very comfortable. Variety breakfast with cheap price. The cleanliness iof the room and all place was excellent. If there only 1 to 10 rate, I will rate it as 20 😄

“Ho avuto una bella esperienza durante la mia visita! Il servizio era eccezionale il personale era amichevole, attento, e mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto per tutta la mia permanenza. Le strutture erano di alta qualità, pulite e ben mantenute, rendendolo un ambiente molto confortevole. La ricezione era amichevole e sorprendente. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, era assolutamente deliziosa, con una varietà di opzioni che si occupavano di tutti i gusti. Ogni piatto era delizioso e bellissimo. In generale, ho avuto un tempo fantastico e sicuramente consigliere questo posto agli altri!

Friendly and good hospitality. Got kind welcome messages in Japanese surprisingly after checking in. (I’m Japanese.) I was a little nervous due to the sad history between Nanjing and Japan but the people just welcomed me and my family warmly. The sports area in the hotel was good for kids. Thank you for all services! We will come back to Nanjing again.

Il trasporto è molto conveniente. La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa, le tende sono automatiche, le prese di ricarica sono tutte USB, e lo scarico del wc è automatico. La confezione degli articoli da toeletta è realizzata con materiali ecocompatibili, carta di pietra, di cui ne ho sentito parlare per la prima volta. Anche Sprite e Coca-Cola nel frigorifero sono gratuiti. Nel complesso va bene. C'è una palestra al 10° piano, ma non sono salito.

Il personale di servizio è molto cordiale, proattivo ed entusiasta, e aiuta anche a risolvere piccoli problemi 😁 L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione di Nanjing Sud, linea 3 della metropolitana, si può raggiungere direttamente Daming Road e prendere l'uscita 4. L'hotel si trova dall'altra parte della strada, la stazione della metropolitana proprio di fronte all'ingresso è comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione. La colazione è abbondante, c'è la zuppa di vermicelli al sangue d'anatra, il cui sapore è ottimo, la camera è pulita e ordinata, e lo spazio è ampio. L'hotel offre anche un biliardo per l'intrattenimento. La posizione è facile da trovare. Anche se sono venuto nel fine settimana, ci sono comunque molti parcheggi, il che è molto comodo.
