Clean & big room with full amenites. The breakfast is quite nice but noisy and not enough space if have tourist. The receiption cannot speak English that is very hard to request or contact. Anyway, overall is good.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! We loved the room. Loved the pool. Loved the breakfast. Perhaps the only problem was Starbucks was too far away to deliver. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Gaochun.

The hotel is very new, so most things are brand new. Most importantly the rooms were fantastic and comfortable. Service was fantastic and helpful. Some English with the service crew. Highly recommend a stay here. Would return again .

酒店位置得天獨厚，無論是前往城市的核心商圈還是周邊的旅遊景點都十分便捷。交通樞紐近在咫尺，讓你的出行毫無壓力。酒店環境寧靜優雅，春節旅行的氛圍讓人瞬間放鬆下來，遠離了城市的喧囂。酒店佈置設計精美，每一處角落都透露着精緻與細膩。酒店工作人員熱情周到，專業貼心。從理入住時的微笑迎接，到入住期間的各種需求響應，都讓人感受到無微不至的關懷。在此特別感謝徐夢雅（孕媽）小姐姐，由於第二天行程去往南京，退房時由於行李太多，幾件冬天的衣服遺落在房間. 徐夢雅及時給我們聯繫，為了不影響我們在南京的行程，及時安排了快遞給我們送到南京.人美心善效率高👍

從開進停車場入口的那一刻起，我就被眼前的景象吸引住了，停好車下車漫步在寬闊平整的路面是一種享受。酒店門口的大叔們熱情的歡迎我們的到來，前台的小姐姐們臉上洋溢着温暖人心的笑容，短短的幾分鐘時間，客人和酒店的關係一下子就被拉近了。酒店的佈局十分合理，電梯很多上行下行非常有效率，悦耳的電梯到達提示聲歡迎着我們的入住。高級豪華大床房給人一種賓至如歸的第一感覺，衣帽間衞生間卧室一應俱全，房間內的燈光柔和音響效果滿分，讓你有一種到家了的感受。營養早餐豐盛好看，二樓的中餐廳口味親人，一樓下午茶的服務更是錦上添花，增添了許多美好的感受和記憶。特別要感謝前台桃子小姐姐，温柔的語音，耐心的説明，細心的問候，温暖的告別讓我們無可挑剔。

春節期間帶娃來探親戚，住了4晚，設施服務環境都非常好。期間每位服務人員見面都會問候新年好！高淳好一點的酒店都住過，金陵不愧是老牌，各方面都非常滿意！特別是大堂陶玉，入住前就聯繫，給了格外關照。孩子衣服落在酒店，也幫忙找到郵寄。下次去高淳不二之選！

該酒店外觀比較低調，但內部確實非常豪華。房間特別寬敞明亮，衞生間乾濕分離，還另設浴缸房間和衣帽間，設備設施高檔齊全，服務員彬彬有禮，服務專業，熱情周到。早餐中西合璧，十分豐盛。

出差經常入住高淳金陵，一如既往的好，設施設備先進，配套齊全。衞生乾淨舒適，環境優雅，很適合商務出行。感謝廖經理的安排，服務細緻，特意為我安排了晚安奶，有助我的睡眠，並且給我準備的房間也十分安靜舒適。商務出差有機會一定要來體驗一下高淳金陵。

臨時在淳落腳，隨便定了一家，選擇了高淳金陵，出乎意料的驚喜，抵達之前Freya就來電詢問特殊要求，提前添加了聯繫方式，為我一對一服務，給我準備的房間樓層高，風景也很nice！廖經理得知我帶狗狗入住，提醒我帶好狗糧，特別關心小狗的感受，提前給我看了寵物寄存的訊息，讓我放心可以帶狗出行。寵物寄存處也給毛孩子安排了空調和紫外線殺菌，讓小毛孩的家長很放心！到店之後發現房內居然提前打開了空調，這種小細節很暖心。房內床品舒適，乾濕分離，配備浴缸和一次性泡澡袋，也是很細節了。另外要説的是在房間裏面居然可以查看寵物寄存處毛孩子的實時動態！ Freya廖特別周到，期間耐心的為我介紹酒店各營業點的相關訊息，提前將菜單分享給我，讓我選擇。後續因為她的推薦在這家酒店吃到了在上海經常吃的喜米鐵板燒，也是很開心了！恰到好處的服務處處彰顯五星級酒店的標準！總之是一次非常舒適愉快的體驗！

總的來説，這家酒店在環境、服務、設施以及地理位置方面都表現得非常出色。前台蘇瑩服務特別貼心，房間佈置得既典雅又實用。床鋪柔軟舒適，讓我每晚都能有一個好夢。房間內的設施也非常現代化，包括智能電視、高速無線網絡以及寬敞的浴室，這些都為我的住宿體驗增添了不少便利。

這次蘇皖短途遊，比較了周邊城市的十來家酒店，最後訂了高淳金陵大酒店，其實就是衝著金陵這塊牌子去的，住了一晚果然沒有讓人失望，酒店硬件設施高端大氣上檔次，服務人員態度熱情無微不至。前台接待魏小姐給我們升級了房間，還加了微信（方便服務），每次出門給到我們的瓶裝水居然是温水，還有一位貌似大堂經理的先生不厭其煩的介紹酒店設施、高淳的歷史沿革、當地的風土人情。每次出門服務人員都熱情打招呼，洋溢在臉上的笑容都是發自內心的。自助早餐更是體現了高淳人熱忱的待客之道，大如碗口肉包、粗如手臂的油條、當地的特色美食、小吃幾乎盡數搬上餐桌，讓人目不暇接…… 總而言之這是一家有温度的五星級酒店。
