Amazing stay for 3 nights! Extremely clean, tidy and well maintained. Well mannered, attentive to detail and respectful conceige & house keeping staff. Especially Zhang Wei & Han Wen who helped us greatly. They made our stay feel safe & secured. Will recommend anyone coming to Nanjing to stay here. A short 7-10 mins stroll to the main area of xinkiekou. 5 stars!

Rooms are clean and hotel is close to shopping malls and subway. Hotel provides free masks at the lobby as well as warm bottled water! We basically walk to almost everywhere from the hotel, including 南京总统府.

Great service provided from the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaner will refill/change the mineral water, towel and tidy up your room nicely. Btw, the breakfast provided is super delicious.

I hardly do reviews but i hope to share my views so that the hotel can improve. We arrived at the hotel about 9pm and the street was quite quiet as hotel is in CBD, not touristy downtown area. Had to lug our luggage in the dimly lited street, about 800m from Xinjiekou metro. Most shops were closed. Hotel is located at the end of a quiet street. We had to walk out 20-30mins to find a eatery. Hotel room though modern is not so practical. Shower and toilet have separate cubicles. Shower cubicle has no clothe line, not helpful. There is no place to put my bath toiletries as i prefer to use my own nor to hang fresh clothes to change into. Also, it is too wet to change inthe cubicle and the only way is to exit the cubicle to put on fresh clothes :'( Lightings in the room are too glaring to the eye,such as ceiling reading light cast on top of my head when i rest on the bed, is too sharp. The clothe rack (open concept with no cupboard doors) has a big rectangular light panel which is too glaring and it is besude our bed and cannot be turned off unless the master light control is switched off. The bar conter light panel is also very glaring and is in front of the bed so it cannot be turned on as a side light if your partner wants to sleep. The round shaped lamp is alright but it cannot be turned on and off independenrly and is linked to master control switch so I cannot turn on any side light/lamp without disturbing my partner's sleep. Had a very frustrating time with the lightings. In the end, the corridir lighting was used as my reading light :,( The room is also very stuffy and hot, opening the windows could not help. Hotel informed us that they would only switch on the air conditioning for air ventilation not cold air. We requested for a cooler fan but not enough, sweating, could not sleep, had to request for a 2nd fan. Pillows were too thin and soft. We had a bad night and did not sleep well. Would not recommend the hotel nor return again. The next day, we moved to a another hotel(*A....) and it is located at Confucius Temple area, 100m away from the Fuzimiao Metro Station. Fantastic lightings, adequately bright soft lightings yet can be separately controlled, bath and toilet are connected, clothe line, better pillows and SUPERB powerful cold air-conditioning. Plenty of eating places and sight-seeing. We are much happier after moving to

You can ask for free bottle of mineral water from the front desk before you start exploring Nanjing. Self Serving drinks and tidbits also available when you return to the hotel. Xinjiekou underpass shoplots with 24 exits access to the MRT is 200 m from the hotel

Room is clean, service very satisfied, worthy to stay when you visit Nanjing.

The hotel have an excellent location and all the personal are so nice and very helpful, the place is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable👍, the food is just ok but I think could be better, I will definitely stay there if I have the opportunity to go back 南京 😊

Very good hotel, nice and helpful receptionist. Rooms big and clean Fitness studio 24h opening is well appreciated. Best choice in Nanjing downtown
