酒店整體環境優雅，裝修簡約而不失格調，充滿了濃郁的人文氣息。公共區域寬敞整潔，佈置温馨，讓人感覺格外舒適。房間內部更是乾淨整潔，一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間設施齊全且乾淨衞生，細節之處盡顯品質。前台服務也很友好。

帶孩子出遊，環境安全舒適，推薦全季酒店，尤其前台服務員態度真的熱情，孩子來了，還給我們孩子拿了小書包和小玩具。打掃衞生的大姐，生怕我們夏天的水不夠喝，使勁給我們送水，超級熱情的不得了，還有就是早上就餐的一位大叔，真的超級熱情，吃完早餐我要退房，還怕我們路上珂，讓我們多帶幾瓶飲料。顧客要喊話老闆:.你是不是要給他們加工資哈😃

酒店衞生非常差，酒店的床單上有毛髮，然後地毯上還有明顯的垃圾。環境非常的不好，服務一點兒也不到位，去他們前台辦理入住，然後他們都不理人。設施也不完善，吹風機難用死了，搞不懂為什麼這個酒店還能開到現在，這是我在南京出差旅遊住過最差的酒店

好評好評好評!體驗超級棒！ 交通🚗：交通很便利，在山西路，東西南北都順路，離玄武湖公園也很近，可以步行過去。 環境🌳：房間視野很開闊，左邊能看見紫峯大廈。 衞生🌟：房間面積很大，床墊和枕頭都很舒服，阿姨打掃衞生很徹底，很會照顧人，我是晚上出去玩，白天睡覺，阿姨會特意到下午再來打掃。
