It was the worst experience, It is not the hotel it is a hostel - students were running down the corridor, slamming doors and shouting loudly all night. Not administration nor Ctrip can do nothing!

The hotel is very clean. The service is amazing, very friendly staff. However, the hotel is far from a lot of fun places.

每年回家都會住兩天，選擇交通方便的開元，房間每天有水果，第一天還給了小童小食，拖鞋和牙刷，很貼心。早餐也很豐富，中西結合，還有南京熱的小餛飩和鴨血粉色，每次必喝現磨喝咖啡續命，總之酒店房間乾淨整潔很舒適早餐種類比較多有特色前台謝輝服務熱情贊

設施：設施非常齊全，房間有浴缸，掛燙機，咖啡機之類的，房間的拖鞋很厚實，洗護沐非常好用，被種草了想購買一點衞生：衞生很乾凈，地毯都乾乾淨淨的，床品也乾淨整潔服務：小白服務非常好非常貼心離店還贈送了伴手禮，以後來南京都會來這邊

酒店周邊交通方便，附近有地鐵站。房間寬敞乾淨，酒店前台小崔美女非常熱情，服務態度很好，還給我們免費贈送了小童早餐。餐廳的早餐也很不錯，品種很多，小朋友們吃得很開心。酒店還有歡迎水果和牛奶，水果品種多樣，還很貼心的寫了問候語，很温馨很感動。下次有機會還來住開元👍👍👍

酒店環境乾淨整潔走進大堂就感覺香香的電梯需要房卡才能進去私密性比較強房間空間很大而且服務也很好每天下午還送牛奶和水果點外賣還有機器人送到房間服務很讓人滿意

每次回南京都住的這家酒店，酒店位置不錯環境也好，周邊配套齊全，停車很方便還有充電樁，房間乾淨舒適，大堂董玲玲服務態度禮貌周到，贈送了小朋友早餐，早餐也相當豐盛，很好吃，住店期間還幫我解決了很多問題，入住體驗滿意，必須五星好評。

孩子在浦口讀書不止一次住這家酒店服務一如既往的好前台幾個小朋友特別熱情詳細給分析了高樓層和低樓層的優劣最後選了低樓層套餐裏的晚飯也OK特別是醬牛肉非常美味二樓餐廳的男服務生有求必應態度友好早飯感覺品種比以前多了不少可能我住的時間南京降温二樓餐廳和一樓早餐廳部分地方温度太低望改進
