Hotel molto comodo e vicino alla stazione sud. Stanza pulita, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Personale gentile e disponibile

Abbiamo prenotato un letto king-size da 1,8 pollici e ci è stato detto che le finestre interne sarebbero state sostituite da finestre esterne, ma in realtà sono state sostituite con piccole finestre da 1,5 pollici. Sono senza parole. Il servizio è molto serio e polemico, ma loro sono testardi e inflessibili. Esperienza pessima.

Very good hotel near the Nanjingnan railway station. Good service with nice cold drink and tea provided with nice breakfast spreads, very good money for the price paid. They also allow me to extend 2 hours check out as my train is 2 pm plus. It is also short 5 mins walk. There is another Ibis style nearby as well, I went there first before rerouting to here. Overall very good service and will come back if I pass Nanjing again.

I booked a non-smoking room on purpose. They put me in a smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and ashtrays. I went to the reception and complained that it was a smoking room. They told me they would give me another room, but they only sent me two rooms further to a another smoking room. In my opinion, this hotel does not have smoking rooms at all, it is a fraudulent practice. I will never stay in the Ibis hotel chain again after this experience.

Very convenient hotel with a decent breakfast. The room is very clean. It was a little noisy but I called the reception and they addresses the problem immediately - the service was very good. I had a room without a window (which I knew) but it was fine for me. I'd stay again if I'm in nanjing for work.

Great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I booked 2 nights stay 10 days apart and they kept my luggage while I was not there. Location is great, just five minutes from the subway and train station. The room is not big but has all the things you need, even a wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your luggage. Both room and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast has a lot of options and the food is tasty. The hotel also has a laundry room with 2 washing machines/dryers and they provide soap to wash your clothes. I ordered a coffee on my phone and I had it delivered to my door with a robot! Great hotel, I totally recommend.
