Posizione ed esperienza favolose. Il personale è stato eccellente e si è preso cura di noi. La lounge era eccellente, il cibo superbo. La camera spaziosa e confortevole. Palestra e piscina fantastiche.

Abbiamo prenotato la Horizon Club Lake View Suite, che offre tè pomeridiano e cena leggera, frutta di benvenuto, primo giro gratuito al minibar, bella vista al 26° piano, di fronte al lago Xuanwu, due bagni in camera, separati per uomini e donne, molto comoda per aggiungere un letto quando si viaggia con due bambini, l'eliporto dello Shangri-La al 46° piano è fantastico per scattare foto dell'alba e del tramonto 👍🏻 Ai bambini piace di più la piscina dell'hotel, gli spogliatoi maschili e femminili sono dotati di sorgenti termali e saune umide e secche, e il vapore con le bollicine può eliminare la stanchezza di una giornata. Tutto il personale dell'hotel è molto accogliente. La colazione al 40° piano è semplice e con vista (ci sono i miei preferiti: zuppa d'anatra + pasta sfoglia all'olio d'anatra), mentre il ristorante a buffet al 3° piano offre un'ampia varietà di cibo. Alla fine del check-out, a due bambini è stato dato un piccolo regalo a testa. Ci tornerò. Adoro lo Shangri-La Hotel! C'è anche la ricarica lenta nel parcheggio, il che è molto comodo!

Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare allo Shangri-La Hotel durante il nostro viaggio di quattro giorni e tre notti a Nanchino. L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione ed è molto comodo per gli spostamenti. L'hotel effettua il check-in dopo le 2:00. Se arrivate in hotel presto, recatevi all'Executive Lounge al 40° piano per riposarvi. Viene servito il tè pomeridiano. È molto piacevole crogiolarsi al sole, bere un caffè e ammirare il lago Xuanwu. Ctrip VIP ha fatto un upgrade della tipologia di camera. La camera dell'hotel è dotata di un telescopio, il letto grande 2 metri è super comodo e il bagno super grande ha una toletta. È fantastico. L'Executive Lounge al 40° piano offre pasti leggeri e allegri. Puoi andare all'Executive Lounge per bere un drink senza lasciare l'hotel e goderti la splendida vista notturna del lago Xuanwu. Effettua il check-in all'eliporto al 46° piano. Per prima cosa, recati alla reception dell'hotel per confermare l'accordo e l'accordo di rinuncia. Un membro dello staff guiderà l'ascensore fino al 42° piano, quindi scenderà per quattro piani fino all'eliporto al 46° piano. Lo scenario in cima all'edificio è super bello. I piatti del Jiangnan Zao, il ristorante cinese dello Shangri-La Hotel, sono super deliziosi. Merita di essere selezionato come ristorante Black Pearl. Lo consiglio vivamente. Shangri-La ha anche regalato dei souvenir quando ha lasciato l'hotel, una scatola con tre torte floreali, mi piace 💕

Ho scelto spesso di soggiornare presso gli Shangri-La Hotels quando viaggiavo all'estero, ma questa è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo a Nanchino. La camera che ho prenotato aveva una vista sul lago Xuanwu e, nonostante fosse parzialmente ostruita, la vista era comunque bella. Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi dall'hotel per raggiungere il lago Xuanwu. Ho prenotato una Deluxe Room con vista lago. La stanza era grande, confortevole, pulita e igienica. Il water è dotato di funzione di scarico e la camera è dotata di macchina per il caffè. La sera, acqua minerale e tazze da tè venivano messe accanto al letto: un servizio davvero premuroso. L'executive lounge è ampia, tranquilla e confortevole. Offrite colazione, tè pomeridiano e pasti leggeri la sera (ci sono molte varietà di piatti e gli ingredienti sono freschi). La colazione dell'hotel è ricca e varia, l'ambiente del ristorante è gradevole e il servizio è cordiale. Al momento del check-out ho fatto alcuni suggerimenti e l'hotel ha risposto molto rapidamente, il che dimostra che le opinioni degli ospiti sono molto importanti ed è una forma di rispetto nei loro confronti.

One of the top tier hotels in Nanjing. Services provided are great. In particular, receptionist Avonia had done a very good job in advising me for dining options. Staff might not understand much English but are willing to overcome by using Translator which is a nice touch. Buffet Breakfast was a highlight, 4 mornings in a row and we still haven’t tried every single item. Only setback is the cigarette butt I saw on the floor in the restroom on the 2nd Floor. Well, guess it’s not the staff to be blamed but sort of the culture of the local people. Nevertheless, we found the stay of 4 nights was satisfactory and will definitely recommend to others.

This is a very interesting hotel and beautiful in nanjing near Xuanwu lake.

They do not provide free upgrade but the chambermaid is very nice and helpful. The restaurant there is black pearl with 2 diamond. Food and service is very good

Hotel was clean and comfortable, decor was classy and the garden by the lobby was beautiful and scenic. Service was also friendly, Alex Wang who worked at the concierge gave us some great local food reccommendations!

Before arriving, I needed to arrange a bouquet of flowers to be ready when I arrived. Mr Leon Yu, Chief Concierge, facilitated the arrangement with first class customer experience not easily found in most 5 star hotels. Outcome was excellent. And Leon remains humble and service oriented. He is certainly a top talent that Shangri-la Group must retain as role model. On day of check in , Ms Gloria Zhang Front Office Manager met to greet me. Very welcoming and warm. They upgraded my room as I am a Golden Circle member. Again first class checkin experience Even the housekeeping staff and her supervisor (forgot their names) were very accommodating and ensures I get everything I needed. Compliments to them. All in, a wonderful experience staying at Nanjing Shangri La Hotel. M

A good hotel with wonderful location and services. The breakfast is also excellent. Highly recommended.

Possibly the best Shangri-La in China, which offer relentless quality and an invariably outstanding stay in Asia. Possibly the easiest recommendation is to stay at this hotel if in Nanjing, the entire staff, all the way through really go above and beyond at every opportunity. Sincere thanks to the whole team for delivering a really memorable and meaningful experience!

Hotel with good location and services. It located within walking distance to the metro station.

Hotel was great. My daughter loved the telescope in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly. There are nice restaurants around the hotel and close to the lake for nice evening strolls. Would stay here again.
