Un soggiorno davvero ottimo. Si trova proprio sopra il centro commerciale, il che lo rende molto comodo per ristoranti e negozi. Il servizio è molto attento e anche la biancheria da letto è di buona qualità. I prodotti Ascott sono affidabili. Tornerò sicuramente in futuro.

Ho prenotato camere separate con un amico, ma il mio amico ha prenotato una camera extra. Il giorno dopo il check-in, la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata. Ero così confuso che ci ho messo quasi un'ora a capire che l'hotel aveva cancellato la mia prenotazione e addebitato la camera extra del mio amico... E non avrebbero dovuto avvisarci? Ma la reception non ha dato alcun preavviso e hanno semplicemente cancellato il mio soggiorno per i successivi quattro giorni. È terrificante! Avevo già fatto il check-in, ma è stato cancellato. Cosa sta succedendo? Niente di grave, è un fatto improvviso. Ci ha lasciato con il terrore di non avere una camera al nostro ritorno! E il motivo della cancellazione era la mancata presentazione? Quindi, qual era la camera che ci avrebbero dovuto dare? Ed è solo una perdita di tempo chiedere i dati dell'ospite?

L'hotel si trova sulla linea 10. Onestamente, l'esperienza è stata fantastica. Il servizio in camera era eccellente e ci hanno fornito tantissime cose, come un asse da stiro, un fornello e anche una lavatrice. La colazione, però, non è per tutti. Io non ho avuto problemi a mangiare e l'ho trovata buona, ma la mia compagna ha avuto difficoltà a mangiare perché non era abituata al cibo cinese. Tuttavia, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso quando hanno cambiato il menu il giorno dopo: sia io che la mia compagna abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo. Hanno anche una piccola palestra, se volete allenarvi cardio e fare qualche curl per i bicipiti. Sono disponibili anche tappetini da yoga. C'è un centro commerciale proprio accanto all'hotel e potete acquistare vari snack e provare nuovi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il letto è così comodo che incoraggia la pigrizia.

This time I booked the room for my parents. It was really convenient for them because they can go downstairs to the mall and grocery store. They also appreciated the washing machine and kitchen. Overall they were very happy with the space.

Very nice stay in a a very confortable room

The place is good and clean but the toilet is abit small and hot water only can last 20min then have to wait for 50min to heat up again. It's quite inconvenient. Other than that all is good.

The location is not exactly convenient to reach the main spots of the city. Also they have little choice for western breakfast, so it can be improved.

Great location in terms of where we needed to go. About an hour train ride from either high speed railway . New building . Lobby is way at the top so elevators may take awhile to get to the bottom floor

The room was clean and had a lot of space. Overall it was a nice place to stay and was next to a mall where getting food and snacks was convenient.

My stay at Citadines Jiangbei Hotel was generally pleasant, though I experienced an elevator malfunction and was stuck for less than an hour. Thankfully, the hotel manager, Mr. John Sun, acted swiftly and professionally, ensuring the issue was resolved promptly. He was also very accommodating with my other needs, which made my stay more comfortable. Excellent service despite the hiccup!
