The room was better than I was expecting for the price! The bed was amazing and really comfortable, the whole room was really modern. The hotel was a little hard to find the entrance for but the security guard helped me out. The location was really good, like 5mins walk to the metro and there were some really good restaurants nearby

Very helpful staff. Conveniently located a few minutes from XUANWUMEN metro station and Xuanwu lake. Comfortably furnished. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

The location neat the lake is great and also a Metro station is not far. The room's are completely smart. everything is controlled via an Ipad. That was a cool experience. The bad service rating is due o the bad room service that barely cleaned anything. But more negative was our experince at the reception. They became hyper cautious and nevous when they saw foreigners. They scaned our passports and took the obligatory pictures arround 10 times. That was pretty nervewrecking especially as the wanted us to endure this procedure everyday.

Service was complicated, hat trouble with check in, they didn’t speak english. Rooms where nice.

Good location close to Xianwu Lake and attractions, friendly staff, can be a little noisy

首先我們看酒店有停車場，開車來的，到這告訴我們，停車位不足，衹能選其他地方停車，其次酒店工作人員怕我們給差評，讓我們退款，線下付款，給我們優惠，我們拒絕了，然後説給我們升級房型，和我原本定的有啥區別，你升級房型，一進去，地板都是潮的、被子也是潮的，沒有熱水，大夏天的，沒有熱水洗澡，隔音也很差，隔壁房間説什麼都能聽清楚，房間有靠近馬路邊，來往車的聲音都能聽清楚，大家可以壁壘，這家直接pass

Khách sạn đẹp, giá thành phải chăng. Vị trí địa lý n*** trung tâm thành phố nên cũng khá thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và đi lại

設施：還是蠻新的，就是洗澡衹有花灑🚿 衞生：蠻乾淨的，比較不錯 環境：地理位置不錯，交通很方便，在市中心 服務：前台服務很周到，態度很好

因為找不到停車場 説到了給她打電話 快到了給她打 電話又不接 估計被拍了 後面給我們升級了親子房間 這點的確感謝 可是到了房間裏是臟的 也不知道是什麼不明液體 洗臉枱下面又漏水

前台服務熱情，衞生好，離動物園很近，南京站很近，位置好，地鐵站很近。不錯的選擇，設施新，環境很好，服務貼心，玄武湖很近，周邊景區很多的。
