Questa volta abbiamo alloggiato in una camera doppia executive. Grazie alla signora alla reception per averci pazientemente aiutato a goderci i vantaggi. Ha fatto molto caldo negli ultimi giorni da quando siamo arrivati a Nanchino. I cubetti di ghiaccio e le bevande alla frutta posizionati in bella vista nella hall possono davvero curarci dal caldo. L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e ad alcune importanti attrazioni. Anche se la maggior parte di noi ha scelto di prendere un taxi perché faceva troppo caldo, i trasporti pubblici sono molto comodi quando il tempo è bello. Alla fine del viaggio, il mio amico si è sentito un po' male e la reception è stata molto attenta nell'aiutarmi a trovare un termometro e a fornirmi acqua calda. Un viaggio molto felice!

This hotel is located in the center of the city, near the 1912 district so there is a lot of restaurants, it is really convenient.
In my opinion, it is also a more pleasant neighbourhood that Xinjiekou where are all the others hotels.
It is a really recent hotel, so all the furnitures are new. It is really high-tech, the curtains opens automatically when you enter the room, there are some electronic buttons for a lot of things (maybe a bit too much high-tech sometimes ? you can’t leave a single light for reading in the evening when your partner is sleeping).
The room is well furnished and spacious, it lacks maybe just a bit of space near the sink in the bathroom.
The breakfast is really good and diverse and the staff is really nice and helpful, specially the doorman Sam.
I really recommend you this hotel in Nanjing.

This hotel is an old building that located in on a historic site. The room we were in first smelled like someone had smoke a pack of cigarettes in the room the night before. A major renovation might be considered to bring this historic hotel back to its old glory.

La posizione è molto buona. Basta scendere e dare un'occhiata allo xiaolongbao dello stesso stile di Ni Ni. È davvero delizioso.

L'hotel offre anche acqua potabile e snack leggeri (amore per i pomodori di ciliegia) al lobby dell'hotel.
La stanza è un po' polvere per me, ma il mantenimento della casa non sembra aver fatto un mozzo o un sacco di soffitto, perché i nostri piedi diventano molto neri e sporchi se camminiamo a piedi a piedi. Non sembrano cambiare le nuove lame ogni giorno, ma penso che siano ecologicamente amichevoli.
Oltre alla pulizia che può essere migliorata, il resto del soggiorno è stato soddisfacente.

Due to unforeseen circumstances , I ended up staying at The Golden Eagle Summit hotel. Check-in was smooth. The location is perfect! The hotel’s entrance was at the back, while the front part is a mall with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the metro station is right there which was so convenient! The room decor is a bit old fashioned, but nevertheless very clean. The breakfast buffet was ok, but needs more variety. The service is great! Great place to stay in the downtown area!

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Puoi prendere l'autobus dall'ingresso del Palazzo Presidenziale e ci vogliono meno di 20 minuti per raggiungere il Tempio di Confucio. Anche l'arredamento delle camere è semplice e l'ambiente sanitario è buono L'unico inconveniente è che l'isolamento acustico non è molto buono e le stanze interne sono vicine alla strada Si sente il rumore dalla strada Perché la stanza esterna è proprio accanto al bagno, il bagno e la stanza lo sono non completamente chiuso Se fai la doccia o vai in bagno, il rumore è ancora evidente, ma per il resto non ci sono grossi problemi 😁

The location of the hotel and the view it’s showing are very nice, it’s have good smells all the time and very will arranged. The only small issue for me that they don’t have 24/7 dining option. Other than that it’s defiantly a good choice.

Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi)
Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around.
Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water.
Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people).
Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available
Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea
Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry
Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor.
Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee.
Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

整體的入住感受還是很舒適和簡潔乾淨的。
入住前有幸行政經理Shelia提前聯繫升級至行政房，行政樓層的體驗還是不錯的，晚間有行政簡餐和行政酒廊，加分項！
房間住的很舒服，床硬度剛好，房間空間還是比較大的（忘記拍照了），早餐服務也不錯。

UUtente ospiteI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

SSir Eric JohnStaying at the Jumeirah Nanjing is a ”must” experience for all travelers to the city. The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

WWONGEdwinOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

BBenjamin Sch.La posizione dell'Intercontinental è centrale a Nanchino. È vicino al lago e invita a fare passeggiate nelle vicinanze. L'architettura dell'hotel è davvero bella e siamo stati trasferiti a un piano più alto. La vista sulla città è fantastica.
I mobili delle camere sono un po' logori e non corrispondono pienamente all'alta qualità dei pavimenti e delle sale dell'edificio. Alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione potrebbero essere necessari in futuro. La piscina interna è ok ma niente di speciale ed era un po' fredda (ma era anche fredda fuori). La colazione era buona e il personale era molto cordiale.
Alcune zone delle camere avrebbero potuto essere un po' più pulite.
Sulla base del prezzo elevato per la camera, l'hotel andava bene ma nessuna grande sorpresa. Consigliamo comunque l'hotel per una notte per godersi la splendida vista. Per soggiorni più lunghi altri hotel offrono di più a prezzi più bassi.

UUtente ospite房間很驚喜，很大，也很乾凈，設施齊全。服務人員很熱情，還有免費早餐。尤其是飲用水和廁紙管夠用，打掃衞生的大姐人特別好。
地理位置尤其稱讚，出地鐵走路幾分鐘就到了，很好找。酒店對面就是公交車站點，在南京的上海路站，附近有三家醫院。距離南京新街口秦淮河、老門東、夫子廟等著名景點就兩站地，非常方便。
賓館門口有葯店、小超市、沙縣小吃、川菜、料理、燒烤、水果店等，比大主街住的方便，側面還有著名的南京淮揚菜館小廚娘。地鐵店還有一家燉小白魚湯麪館，特別好吃！
總之第一次到南京推薦這家賓館，南京也值得推薦去遊玩。南京的鴨子和糕點都很好吃，淮揚菜也精緻美味，農貿市場價格實惠。非常好的一次體驗！
