Posizione: l'hotel è vicino all'uscita 15 di Xinjiekou. Sulla strada per l'hotel ci sono ristoranti gourmet, quindi devi essere in grado di resistere alla tentazione. La strada in cui si trova l'hotel è la famosa strada del cibo Fufu Road. Quello parallelo è il Corridoio Mingwa. I vicoli collegati sono pieni di cibo delizioso.
Prezzo: prima di prenotare ho confrontato i prezzi e l'ambiente degli hotel circostanti. Questo hotel è una scelta conveniente. Ottima posizione e prezzo conveniente.
Ambiente: La facciata dell'hotel è relativamente piccola, accanto all'edificio Minzu, ma si trova a colpo d'occhio. Vivere al terzo piano è dotato di ascensore. La camera è ordinata e pulita con uno stile minimalista. Gli articoli da toeletta sono relativamente completi.
Servizio: la reception è relativamente buona e c'è un frigorifero per conservare alcuni alimenti che devono essere refrigerati. Come il vicino Cha Yan Yuese e molti negozi di anatre locali.

Hotel’s location is the best I have every stayed! 1 min from subway, and so much food around. Really easy to get anywhere in Nanjing. Very nice owners, and the room is nice and warm! Very comfortable to stay for 4 nights, highly recommend 😄

設施：設施總體來説挺齊全的，應有盡有，投影儀很清晰，電腦也很好用！打遊戲看電視都挺快，空調製冷可以。
環境：在新街口位置就不多説了，步行到地鐵站10分鐘之內。樓下吃的很多，打車也方便的
服務：前台服務很熱情，態度友好，會幫忙解決一些小問題很耐心。
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔的，不錯，房間沒有異味。

La posizione è fantastica! Vicino alla metropolitana e ai luoghi più importanti. L'ostello era pulito e facile da trovare. L'unica cosa è che se prendi il letto più basso, praticamente dormirai sul pavimento.

Un vecchio hotel a cinque stelle a Nanchino, l'hotel è molto conveniente ed è molto comodo vicino al Museo di Nanchino. Le strutture della camera sono complete e perfette, adatte a gite in famiglia con bambini.L'atteggiamento di servizio di Li Mengyuan è molto buono e Xu Tao, l'addetto ai servizi igienico-sanitari al 23° piano, pulisce molto bene.Vale la pena consigliarlo!

UUtente anonimoThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

Un ringraziamento speciale al direttore dell'hotel Hao per aver migliorato la camera e aver portato un'esperienza piacevole in questo viaggio. Il direttore del piano è stato cordiale e premuroso nel suo servizio e ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutarci a trasportare i bagagli, visto che viaggiavamo con bambini ci ha fornito un kit per l'igiene dei bambini e una colazione a buffet. Xiao Dong ha anche regalato delle polpette di riso glutinoso ai bambini. La prossima volta che verrò a Nanchino, sceglierò sicuramente questo hotel!

CChariliServizi: Dall'inizio alla fine, si vede che si tratta di un hotel molto vecchio. La camera executive non ha una toilette intelligente e lo stereo non può utilizzare il Bluetooth. I cassetti dell'armadio sono gravemente danneggiati e non sono stati riparati. La lanugine sul il piccolo cuscino è molto evidente e sembra che stia per marcire.La doccia Lo scaffale sembra sul punto di cadere. Prima di prenotare, ho letto recensioni negative che dicevano che di notte si vede il riflesso del vetro della finestra nella stanza accanto. Quando ho fatto il check-in, ho scoperto che era proprio così. Il design è davvero scioccante. Anche se ci sono segnali di avvertimento in camera, si consiglia comunque di ricordarlo al momento del check-in.
Igiene: un problema comune negli hotel, il fondo del bollitore dell'acqua calda è molto ammuffito (anche se non lo uso), la zia della stanza lo ha pulito molto bene. Quando sono uscito, ho visto un promemoria sul meteo e sulla temperatura lasciato dalla zia che ha rifiutato la camera degli ospiti Xiao I dettagli sono ben fatti 👍
Servizio: Il check-in è stato effettuato stando in piedi alla reception, non so se questa è una caratteristica di AccorHotels o perché Fairmont era a corto di personale durante la recente asta, quindi non è stato portato nella lounge per il check-in .
Il personale della lounge è molto entusiasta, proattivo e reattivo. Non è facile mantenere lo standard quando il personale dell'hotel è così gravemente compresso.
Ambiente: Le strutture di supporto di base sono nella media degli hotel emergenti, tuttavia è sorprendente che accanto alla piscina ci sia un bagno turco e si possa fare il bagno.
Le categorie happy hour e tè pomeridiano nella lounge sono molto singole, il che è molto deludente e non sono nemmeno all'altezza dello standard medio del Marriott. C'è un problema con il personale. Nella maggior parte dei casi il servizio non è disponibile e gli ospiti devono aiutarsi da soli. Nel complesso, sembra una situazione controproducente.

EEric John GrahamStaying at the Jumeirah Nanjing is a ”must” experience for all travelers to the city. The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

WWONGEdwinOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

The rooms at Novotel Nanjing Central Suning are incredibly clean, spacious, and smoke-free, which is a huge plus for those who prefer a fresh and healthy environment. The design of the rooms is modern and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. The central location of the hotel also ensures that many rooms offer stunning city views, adding to the overall experience.
Service:
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.

Avevamo bisogno di un posto vicino all'ospedale e abbiamo deciso di provare l'hotel Qingmu perché era situato in una posizione comoda e sembrava confortevole dall'esterno e aveva recensioni per lo più positive su trip.com.
Essendo uno straniero che parla pochissimo mandarino, ero preoccupato per la comunicazione con lo staff dell'hotel. Ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'efficienza con cui hanno gestito questo problema. Siamo stati in grado di chattare con l'aiuto di WeChat e Google Translate. Conoscevano anche più inglese di quanto pensassi. Ben presto siamo diventati molto amichevoli e abbiamo trovato un modo produttivo per comunicare le mie esigenze e ottenere la migliore stanza possibile. Ci hanno anche aiutato con le nostre borse da viaggio e ci hanno fornito acqua e uno spuntino. La camera era molto invitante e profumava di fresca di pulizia. Il letto era molto comodo e mia moglie ha avuto mal di schiena ma ha detto che il letto era perfetto per lei. L'hotel si trova vicino alla metropolitana ed è circondato da numerosi ristoranti e altre forme di intrattenimento. Soggiornando qui durante il Capodanno cinese potrai sentire i festeggiamenti intorno a te, con decorazioni e musica dai colori vivaci.
L'hotel è stato inoltre piacevolmente decorato con fiori nelle nostre camere e nella hall.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno fantastico, a un prezzo ancora migliore, io e mia moglie torneremo sicuramente qui. Ho allegato alcune foto del mio soggiorno qui sotto.
