The hotel is centrally located in the Confusious Temple area. The rooms are nicely decorated, but the size of the rooms varies. Choose a room on the upper floor and with a sofa group. The breakfast could have included more international options and in our opinion does not correspond to the hotel's rating. The room cleaning could have been better. The cleaning only included changing towels, making the bed and collecting trash. No changing sheets or dusting or mopping the floors. The service attitude of the staff was excellent. We always received friendly service that met our expectations. Overall a good experience.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my son. Trip.com accidentally double booked and charged me for 2 rooms, but the hotel staff was quick to alert me on this upon check-in and helped to actively resolve the issue for a refund. Counter staff were really friendly and helpful, including making recommendations for local attractions, transports and local eats. My son loves playing with the community cats. It is centrally located, walking distance from a train station and with several key attractions nearby.
