We booked into the Holiday Inn because we had missed our connecting train and had to reschedule for the morning. The hotel was located close to the station, and was very reasonable for the price. The room was also spacious, clean and was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very helpful and polite the entire time.
When we finally got home we realised we had forgotten an item, after calling the hotel the staff were very helpful and found it and would post it to us. Thank you.

Nothing to complain about. Location was good, really close to Nanchang train station and Bayi square (the didi drivers struggled with getting in the right place due to many layers of roads nearby, though). Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was really nice, I'd say a western style with a Chinese twist.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, proprio al contrario della stazione ferroviaria Nanjing, la linea 2 della metropolitana, la porta sud 2 della Ding Road, girando a sinistra per cinque minuti. Questa è un vecchio hotel 4 stelle, la reception è entusiasta e il servizio clienti è anche molto entusiasta. UUtente ospiteQuando prenota questo hotel su trip.com controlla con sicurezza se prenota l'ACA o Wellton come si tratta di hotel sorelle ma. in due edifici separati. Il Walton ha solo 6 piani e il Walton più. Quando siamo arrivati per la prima volta, non era molto confuso, per quanto riguarda l'hotel che avevamo prenotato. Abbiamo deciso di rimanere all'hotel Wellton. La ricezione era molto gentile e paziente spiegato la situazione dell'hotel. Molto amichevole e buon senso dell'umorismo, quindi non era un problema per noi. Ci hanno portato una piastra di frutta benvenuta. Bello toccamento. La stanza era bella e pulita. abbastanza grande. La super comoda. offrono le mutande morbide e dure. L'hotel offre colazione nell'altro edificio, ma non ci svegliamo mai abbastanza presto per catturare il colazione, quindi non posso commentare. È a distanza di passo dalla Mix C (10-15 min passo) e alla ruota ferris. il check out era smooth. in generale un buon soggiorno.

CChaoL'hotel è uno degli hotel di alta qualità della città. Il costo di un soggiorno di una notte è stato in realtà molto ragionevole secondo gli standard americani. Offre doccia e jacuzzi nella camera e molto confortevole letto. Anche il buon colazione è stato incluso. Il desk front and concierge ha offerto un enorme aiuto con amicizia e sincerità.
Il servizio è stato poi impressionante, e il desk front faceva un errore con la mia carta di credito americana. Invece di usarla come deposito, ha sbagliato a farlo. Dopo aver tornato negli Stati Uniti, ho ricevuto un messaggio urgente da trip.com per chiedermi di contattare l'hotel direttamente via WeChat. Ho ricevuto il credito di nuovo in una settimana con un follow-up molto tempestivo dal manager di servizio lobby Andy.
Resterò in questo hotel la prossima volta per la mia visita a Nanchang.

IIana22Beautiful and spacious hotel. Good staff. There is a bathtub ,a balcony,a spacious and soft bed in the room.
The breakfast is so-so(the taste of sausages,even eggs,pastry). there were always problems with the coffee machine and coffee itself was not good.
Nearby there is a gym and a swimming pool,but you need ur own swimming hat and a swimming suit if you want to swim there.
Spa might be closed so you’d better ask in advance.
There js a Chinese restaurant where you can have dinner on the first floor. We liked the fried dumplings there.

DDerek Yap C KSono felice di aver prenotato 3 camere in questo hotel, perché quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, siamo stati benvenuti dai funzionari dell'hotel. Il personale dell'hotel ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare didi rides in numerose occasioni, come siamo stranieri senza WeChat pay o AliPay servizi sul nostro telefono cellulare. L'atteggiamento di servizio di tutti i dipendenti è eccellente e utile. Grazie Silence, Sì, ma non è un hotel che si trova in una zona di grande importanza. Infine, vorrei ringraziare il personale del front desk, che non mi ha dato il suo nome con il numero mobile terminato 7109, che ha aiutato a chiamare per l'assistenza medica a metà della notte.

Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel!

JJonathan GregoryVery strange. After checking in, I went out for dinner. While gone, I got some messages on WeChat from the front desk that there was a problem. When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there.

UUncle Junior OfficialL'hotel era situato a pochi passi dal centro. Non c'era bisogno di deposito dopo la prenotazione e prepagamenti online. Abbiamo due camere e entrambe erano molto carine. È un nuovo hotel, e mi sono informato che hanno iniziato il servizio nel agosto 2023, quindi tutto nella stanza sembrava pulito e nuovo.
Il servizio è stato molto utile dalla ricezione, ma l'unico sconvolgimento è che hanno continuato a chiamare ogni momento per ricordarci di uscire prima delle 12:00. Ho parlato alla ricezione che mi sarei messo a controllare alle 6 e mi sono dato il conto di mezzanotte. A 5 pm, hanno mandato qualcuno alla mia porta per ricevere il pagamento come se andassi a fuggire!!
Comunque, le strutture... avevano un tavolo per la stampa di abbigliamento.
Alimento... non ho provato il loro cibo, quindi non ho fatto recensione.

UUtente ospiteAnche se il tempo di funzionamento dell'hotel non è breve, le strutture hardware centrali sono buone, la quantità di acqua calda, la rete veloce, pulita e l'aria condizionata sono buone.Il letto è consigliato per cambiare. La TV è davvero troppo piccola, non c'è niente da vedere ai Giochi olimpici.
Non lontano dalla piazza 81 e dalla stazione della metropolitana di Wang Xiang!
