Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

Very good hotel, very comfortable bed and the staff super friendly even not speaking a word of English we communicated very well using translator and they were so professional in assuring I will get the best experience. The shower had frear pressure, hot water, room was huge and clean! The hotel is in front of the subway station which was very convenient too!

豪華房是在主樓之外的貴賓樓，房間在四樓五樓。有浴缸、獨立衞生間、陽台和健身器材。房間也很大。酒店位處市中心城區，離3、4號線地鐵換乘站大概400米，也是一個歷史文化街區，酒店斜對面不遠處大約150米是南昌市人民醫院，馬路對面有公交車站可到八一紀念館、萬壽宮那一片，酒店往右300米的公交車是去八一廣場的。早餐比較豐富，品種多。

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

酒店位於秋水廣場，地理位置絕佳，在地鐵一號網上被2.，3，.4，5出口圍繞，出口五分鐘就到達酒店。一號線為主幹道，所有景區都位於一號網上全程無需換乘，其中一個景區下車，去其他景區步行10分也可到達，可以説無縫銜接。二號線步行10分鐘也能到達，出口就有天虹商場，屬於地鐵大廈站，也可從秋水廣場站坐一站路到達，地鐵大廈站是一二號線的轉換站，去南昌火車站，和南昌火車站西站二號線直達。酒店外部為古羅馬設計，有人物雕像，內部裝修較為陳舊，屬於較為早期的裝修風格，但衞生環境服務都在線。正大門右轉過馬路五分鐘就是秋水廣場，每天晚上八點會有噴泉表演（雨天可能取消），秋水廣場在贛江邊，隔江對望就是微型滕王閣，清晨逛江邊散步，很是舒服。正大門左轉，旁邊是市政府，步行200米左右，就近距離看到網紅打卡雙子塔，廣場上有繽紛城商場，旁邊還有一些私人小店，吃飯喝奶茶咖啡都很方便。酒店正對面一個大廣場，綠化很美，有跑步道，有晨跑習慣的，可以繞跑。酒店位置雖不是網紅景區的繁華地段，但如果想入住安靜舒服，不用一出門就感覺吵雜，適合親子出遊，帶長者更優，交通便利，強推此酒店🏨！下列圖片為酒店及周邊，圖三紅色屋頂就是該酒店了。

這次入住嘉華酒店，體驗感非常棒，給大家好好安利一番！Linda辦理入住迅速流暢，還貼心準備了歡迎水果，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。房間佈置温馨雅緻，裝修風格簡約又不失格調，床鋪柔軟舒適，房間空調舒適，浴室是乾濕分離，帶有大大的浴缸。酒店的餐飲同樣出彩，早餐種類豐富，中西式美食都有，食材新鮮，讓人回味。餐廳環境優雅，服務人員隨也很有禮貌，用餐氛圍愜意得很。酒店還帶有健身中心和游泳池，設施齊全。地理位置更是絕佳，周邊交通便利，步行幾分鐘就能到達地鐵站，無論是去熱門景點還是繁華商圈都十分方便，這次在嘉華酒店的住宿體驗無可挑剔，強烈推薦給大家！

和家人來南昌玩，對這個酒店感覺挺好的，進房間就可以看見窗外的風景，而且隔音效果也很好，睡覺很安靜，因為樓層高床墊軟硬適中，有一種睡在雲端的感覺，房間毛巾都很細心的用塑料袋套着防塵，這點很好。枕頭也分了軟硬兩種適合各種需求的人，另外地段也好，旁邊就有省圖書館、博物館等等，很適合帶小朋友來，方便入住，邊上銅鑼灣有美食一條街。有一點他們的房卡紙套設計的很漂亮，可以帶回去留作紀念，這次旅途很開心，攜程網推薦的酒店很贊，下次會推薦朋友入住！

E' davvero un ottimo hotel, portare un bambino da solo, tutto è molto conveniente e molto comodo, il bambino è molto soddisfatto!Dal momento che entra in hotel, mi piace molto lo stile decorativo qui, l'atmosfera moderna e semplice, le strutture della stanza sono complete, l'igiene pulita e pulita e confortevole. La cosa più importante da ricordare è la signorina Reception Hotel, non solo bella, ma anche molto attenta e molto attenta, mi ha lasciato una profonda impressione!
