The location was great - near the metro and short distances to walk to places also. The cleaning was excellent.

Great location, just next to a metro station, which can reach both high speed train stations directly. Also close to the 八一广场. Service was excellent with very good hotel staff. Fruits were sent to the room every evening. After I checked out, I met a hotel staff at the metro station who helped me to carry the luggage down the staircase to the metro station as there is no escalator going down. Thanks to the hotel staff, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel very much.

Great service from the receptionists. Room is big and spacious for a family of 4. It was a clean and comfortable stay, and it would’ve been a perfect stay if the room has larger windows and is brighter.

酒店服務很熱情，提出的問題都能用心快速解決。環境很安靜，房間衞生整潔，入住還送了水果。門口就有公交地鐵去哪裡都很方便，地鐵2號線永叔路站出口幾十米就到了，去八一廣場，滕王閣也都很方便，再誇讚一下服務真的超級棒！

第一次住桔子水晶，體驗感非常之好！首先，酒店的地理位置很好，出門就是地鐵站，而且距離南昌站只有2站地鐵～在辦理入住時前台還很貼心地送上了薑茶！好感度蹭蹭上漲📈到了房間後，環境也非常好，又大又乾淨～有什麼需求隨時可以打電話告知前台，前台會派可愛的機器人送上來！第二天早上發現了服務員的留言，知道我有在吃葯，就多備了兩瓶礦泉水，真的很貼心！

滿意！！！超高性價比，來南昌就定桔子水晶酒店位置優越，地鐵口到哪裡都非常方便，樓下有共享電單車，去近的地方還是建議騎車不打車不地鐵！！！因為南昌樓梯太多了！服務態度非常好，前台小姐姐微笑服務，還給推薦好吃的東西，還可以寄存行李，真的超讚色衞生也挺好的，挺乾淨的，整個環境都非常的舒服，隔音效果也很好

帶小朋友出遊來到英雄城-南昌，迭擇了距離地鐵永極站4號出口三十幾步距離的桔子水晶，選擇這家酒店，就是看到了評價服務很好。從踏入酒店大堂開始，就有工作人員與我打招呼，辦理入住以及一些酒店的設施都會和我介紹。加錢升級了高級親子房，房間很大設施完善，房問裏乾淨、整潔，備品齊全。酒店有自助洗衣房。大堂接待的工作人員很熱情，因為小朋友過生日，還送了生日禮物
