Everything was clean, well located, the staff was super kind and willing to help, the breakfast and dinner buffet had diverse options to choose from, including international food.

I always stay in Fanhua because it's conveniently located near our factory. It is an amazing hotel to stay at because of the size of the rooms and the service of the staff.

Beautifull rooms, delicious and not expensive dinner buffet. Breakfast was ok. Friendlly staff, would for sure stay here again next time.

酒店房間巨寬敞，自助早餐挺豐富，房間帶景觀陽台，風景很贊，酒店對面保利樓盤後面一條街有不少小吃店，衞生間燈光和換氣扇人離開或沒有走動幾分鐘後會自動斷電，這點有些尷尬😓，其他都不錯

房間空間很大，能看到開闊的江景視野，酒店早餐也是豐富多樣。出差入住體驗感還不錯，前台人員服務態度很好，酒店裝修高級感，隔音效果很好。下次還會再來

我實在忍不住了，剛剛進來打掃衞生，衞生間一包煙阿姨不看直接給我當垃圾拿着了，前幾天把我們的一個物品也是當垃圾拿走了。我做外貿生意，基本晚上工作白天休息，幾天了前臺中午打電話問續住問題，我一般都是早晨下完當天的單子，我説你確定沒有收到訂單嗎？她説確定？我沒有辦法衹好起床加微信，把截圖發給他，然後就睡不着了。我也是真的服服帖帖，酒店這麼好的硬件難道服務意識就這麼差嗎？每個人工作都不容易我要不是忍不住我也不會打這麼多字來評論吧。截圖我就不發了！省的前台小姐姐不好工作。
