Gute Lage direkt im Park. Das Hotel verfügt über genügend Parkplätze.

性價比極高，比sopa價格優惠，但是吃的住的明顯要高出半個檔次。酒店整體環境也不錯，佔地面積挺大，午間休息可以溜達會兒

位置絕佳，房間寬敞明亮，設施完善。服務團隊熱情友好，餐飲美味多樣，讓人流連忘返。無論是休閑度假還是探險之旅，這裏都是完美的下榻之選，強烈推薦！

整個酒店的環境很好，坐落在國家公園的核心位置，那房間比較小。

immerso nel verde sopra una collina a ridosso del lago Nakuru. Molto curato nel verde disponedi sauna massaggi e piscina buona la proposta del cibo. un safari un po diverso dai soliti perche' con piu' vegetazione molte specie di volatili fenicotteri pellicani un posto rilassante

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 sola notte prima di raggiungere il Masai Mara. La struttura è molto bella,immersa nel verde, tante piccole camere/casette che si arrampicano sulla collina con vista sul lago Nakuru. Per arrivarci un po' di strada sterrata dove avere un primo contatto con gli animali della zona (babbuini su tutti). Hotel di stile, sicuramente un plauso al personale, veramente molto gentile,educato e disponibile. La responsabile si è venuta a presentare immediatamente e messa a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Chiunque incontravamo ci chiedeva se andava tutto bene e/o si fermava a fare due chiacchiere per informarsi se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Cucina varia con servizio a buffet, devo dire tutto molto buono con postazioni anche di live cooking. Camere di buona metratura, con bagno grande e tutto molto pulito. Doppio room service (mattino per rifacimento camera+serale per preparazione alla notte) Lo consiglio assolutamente.

We were only here for one night but it was so lovely. The room was really nice, had a bathroom, safe, bottled water, mosquitos nets etc. In the restaurant all meals are buffet and the food was delicious! The view of the park below is beautiful. All of the staff were very friendly, kind, welcoming and helpful. The location is great, we even saw Rhinos on our drive out of the camp (in a paddock next to the camp). It's all fenced in so we felt very safe and there is security who walks around. This spot is well worth a stop over, if I come back I would stay more nights.

After Sarova Woodlands This was our first stay at another Sarova Hotel. 1. Food is ample,feels fresh, and its diverse. 2. Rooms are clean, simple, and the views whether its day or night they breathtaking. 3. The staff is super friendly, and proffessional Points to Note: 1. Entrance to the main Park Gate ends at 06:00PM. So to avoid long stays at the Park Entrance always get there before then. 2. Depending on your package always ask for all available services. This includes access to the Sauna, Swimming Pool, and available Massages. Definately coming back many more times!!

The stay was fantastic, I only wish I stayed longer. From the time you enter, you are greeted with a towel smelling of eucalyptus to wipe your face and hands. You get a glass of fresh juice and learn about all the property has to offer. The spa is incredible and the pool provides some relief from the warm sun. The rooms provide the comfort of a home away from home. The buffet lunch has everything you’d hoped for and more, many options to choose from you won’t be able to eat it all. There are walking paths, and group activities, great for families. There is also a board that shows what animals were seen that day on a wildlife viewing game drive.

Visiting Nakuru holds a special place in my heart, as I was born and spent my childhood here. Returning to Lake Nakuru brings back many nostalgic memories. Over the years, I have frequented the Sarova Lion Hill, and I'm pleased to see that it continues to be a wonderful retreat. The staff members were friendly, and I appreciated their proactive communication about securing our park fees online before our arrival. Thanks to Emmanuel, the security officer, our check-in process was smooth. He warmly welcomed us and assisted us with our luggage while also taking the time to clean our dusty car. He truly exemplifies the hotel's hospitality standards. I found the rooms to be well-maintained over the years. The furnishings and amenities were delightful, and I commend the team on the beautiful mosquito net design—it was truly a work of art! The turndown service and housekeeping were also exceptional, reflecting Sarova's high standards. Our dining experience was terrific. I was thrilled that the hotel offered both lactose-free and plant-based milk options, which were refreshing. The attentive and professional service provided by Consolata and Wang’ondu contributed to a wonderful dining atmosphere. My one suggestion is to offer a late breakfast because guests who visit are mainly on vacation, and winding up at 9:30 a.m. is too early. Plenty of activities are available at the hotel, including board games and cards for those who enjoy playing. The Gulia Spa offers a variety of lovely wellness options, and the highlight of our visit was the swimming pool. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pool, which had been uncomfortably cold during our previous visit, was now upgraded with solar heating. It made for a much more enjoyable experience, and Douglas was available to assist with anything we needed, including access to a complimentary sauna upon request. We discovered some great souvenirs and gifts while visiting the gift shop. However, we were a bit taken aback when the attendant mentioned prices for items we were browsing without our asking. While I appreciate her intent to be helpful, I believe it is essential for staff to consider how this may come across to local guests, as this would not be the experience for foreign tourists. It would be beneficial for attendants in the shop to allow all visitors to browse freely and ask questions if needed. This is why I did not rate the visit at five stars. Overall, our visit was brief but enjoyable, and I appreciated the support from the team, especially when I needed assistance with my low-pressure tyre and when the clinic agreed to refrigerate my medication during our stay. Thank you for a memorable experience!

This is a ver y nice complex very well integrated in the heart of the Nakuru Nacional park. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The installations are not modern but in a very good condition and comfortable. You will find a nice pool, green gardens, water pods and a lot of birds within the resort, as well as a ver y nice view over the Nakuru lake and other leisure activities like archering or beach volley. The bufet is also very nice with a range of international, indian and local food with plenty of fresh fruits during the all three meals.
